I'd say at the very least all of us are all much, much dumber for having watched that bullshit unfold. It's one of those storylines that it's so dumb that you don't even realize it's that dumb because there is no way in hell something should be this stupid. You can only really fully comprehend the mess in hindsight. I remember being over at a friend's house with another buddy of ours who's not a wrestling fan where we flipped over to RAW right in the middle of that segment. Needless to say, cringes were had and our friend was probably wondering if we were all there. One of the most uncomfortable 30 second periods of my life. Wasn't there a commercial break in it? If your angle requires a 2 segment promo to get it across, you probably shouldn't book that angle.

In kayfabe, 1999 Big Show was such an idiot. 2013 Big Show settled his lawsuit for a WWE Championship Match when he could of sued WWE for everything they got and inherit the company. Also Strip Malls. And then lost the match.

There was a lot of times Macho Man seemed like a really dumb character. Leaping over the top rope in the royal rumble. Trying to pin Yoko in the rumble. Stopping the Ultimate Warrior from getting counted out in a career vs career match!

Marty Jannetty. There are very few people in wrestling you can point at and say they're 100% responsible for their relative lack of success, but Marty is one of them, every time an opportunity presented itself he'd find some way to screw it up. The guys that keep hiring him should be on the list. Because everybody deserves a 6th chance.

Waiting until Yokozuna nearly killed best friend Crush before running into the ring and saving him. He was only at the announce table and guys from the back including jobbers tried to stop Yoko lol.

Maybe Duggan the character is dumb, but I don't know enough about the person. Who knows he may be an intelligent man. I am not a fan of Duggan the character, but I heard him speak in a shoot interview with Roddy Piper, and he didn't sound anything like the buffoon he played in the ring. He seemed like a guy with at least average intelligence.

Gypsy Joe for blatantly refusing to sell for New Jack in the ring.

Nick Gage has got to be up there. Robbing a bank with no attempt to hide your identity leading to CZW fans to identify you doesn't seem to bright. It was stupid for sure but Gage was also in a very bad place with drug issues, money, and relationship wise. Supposedly those who have visited him in jail say he has said that was the kick in the ass he needed and he's turning his life around. Yeah, Gage's actions and words made it clear that he wanted to go to jail because he was a homeless addict who needed shelter, daily structure, and support to get his life cleaned up. It would have been better for him to just check into a (strict) rehab clinic, but he didn't have the funds to do so. Still, unless he was absolutely dead set on getting caught, robbing a bank without wearing his trademark bandana-over-the-face look was an absurd choice. What's this about Gage having bad relationships around the time of the robbery? The only relationships I knew he had were to his brother (Justice Pain) and his girlfriend.

In kayfabe, any wrestler who ignores his opponent to look at the Titantron when their arch enemy's music hits, or when they are at ringside obviously trying to distract them

Chasyn Rance can't get dumber than a child molester He had sex with a 15 year old girl. Yes, against the law, very uncool, and he certainly deserves scorn. But callng him a child moelster is exaggerating pretty hard. It cheapens the definition of "child molester" and the severity of his actual crime by feeling the need to make it sound more salacious.

No it doesn't. He molested a child. Period. The end. Her being 15 and not 10 doesn't help that argument in any way, shape or form.

I'm only interested in the truth, and I felt the phrase was misleading and wanted to clairfy, that's all. AFter researching I see my understanding of the term was off, and I'll leave it at that.

Kamala used to think Jerry Lawler painted a banana on his stomach when it was a moon... True. But then he wrote the greatest song of all time. So that's a wash.

I think nowadays anyone getting into pro wrestling when your options are very limited aren't really the brightest to begin with.

I think nowadays anyone getting into pro wrestling when your options are very limited aren't really the brightest to begin with. It's probably much easier to get into wrestling now than it was in like 2001, when WCW and ECW collapsed, since there is at least more of an indie scene now that is not dominated by cast offs.
