I stopped eating Bazooka gum because they made the boxes more "hip" and got rid of the comics for awful games and raps. I meant to make a post about this, I just got it the other day. WTF were they thinking? Trying to make bazooka all hip is so lame, and no more comics? boo!  Also while you may think thees no reason for stuff to change their label, but like pepsi and coke now feature much more simpler labels than say in 2000.   |

I am instantly skeptical by anything that has a new look, it's to distract you from the fact that the size portion changed (for the worse).
See: Stouffer's frozen French bread pizzas, almost any brand of coffee grounds, cereals, etc. Sure, on face value you think "Coffee went down $2! Happy days!"
Then get home, look at your container. "Hey, they screwed me out of 5 oz. of coffee!"

"Texas Toast" is just thicker cut bread then toasted. Frozen Texas Toast is usually already kind of toasted, then frozen, and usually already has butter and maybe some seasonings on it. People then bake them in the oven. Texas Toast is yummy. Fixing me two slices as we speak. Must not be the brand I have, which is New York Texas Toast (don't ask). |

Being someone who works in grocery management, this is something I have to deal with all the time. Some changes are so subtle you barely notice them unless you handle them all the time. I'm looking at you Lean Cuisine. Others bang you over the head with how much they change, and many times the change makes it harder to distinguish between varieties. Hamburger Helper is extremely guilty of this.

It seems like everytime dorito's changed their look their bags shrink lol. If it was up to me though, cherry coke would still look like this.  This just looks yummier for some reason. And it makes me want to ride an ostrich through a department store. |

Was that just a limited time promotion? Shreddies cereal did something like that in Canada...  There were commercials with 'taste tests', people trying the 'old square' Shreddies and the 'new diamond' ones... it was hilarious. |

Well I think there's one thing we can agree one. Cherry Coke is a much better name then "Coca-cola Cherry" as its called now. On the other side....I miss Wild Cherry Pepsi looking insane. (Weird I say this when I haven't drank any soda in two and a half years now lol) With the way Cherry Pepsi is now, you can barely tell the difference between it, and normal Pepsi. This can be a problem if you want a 20 oz bottle, and they are jammed next to each other in a drink cooler.  The bottles we have don't have the picture of the cherry on them. |
