Oh God, it just hit me, they wouldn't make him Gunner's PTSD having friend would they? {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Yeah, I know the answer is "Yes, they would" but...f*** I hope I'm wrong.

I'm happy for this guy, being able to live out his dream. No, really, good for him.
*picks up a sledgehammer and a tarp* Now can someone point me towards whoever is in charge of talent relations in TNA? I think there needs to be a... a discussion about hiring practices when the future of your company is uncertain.

Kind of brings new meaning to the term hooking a leg... </one ticket to Hell> Those are some very unfortunate tattoos.

With Russo running the book, it's only a matter of time before the guy ends up getting beaten down with his own prosthetic leg.
I call "right in the middle of his first promo".

This just seems like a desperate attempt for Sympy. "Hey .. hey networks, look, we've got a war hero now! don't you want this story to air on your network!? ignore the hour and fifty minutes of wrestling crap and look at this god damn one-legged war hero dammit!" I couldn't agree more, I posted this in the pinned Thread but it REALLY feels that way, and TNA is not below doing that to try and keep Spike from cancelling them.
Their next Signing's going to be a Pregnant Woman a this point, they probably wish Taryn was still Pregnant so they could use her as an excuse too...
Also as RIC said, Gunner had a PTSD friend who lost his leg in a war... if TNA really goes down that road Spike has even moe rights than they already had to can them.

The novelty, and I don't say that to be offensive because EVERY new TNA signing is a shiny new toy to them, will wear off in a few months (maybe not even that long) and they'll pull him off TV and/or fire him. Or make him their champion Why not both?

He looks like a one legged Crimson. Man, TNA have gone from haemorrhaging money to cutting the femoral artery.
Also, the picture makes him look like an action figure.

Also... is anyone else disappointed that this wasn't Zack Gowan?
I don't know why but I just feel like Zack Gowan in TNA would be the thing to finally put it at Peace before it died...

I think Gowan actually did compete in TNA in the pre-Spike days.

Next horrible joke - TNA can't afford a two-legged wrestler.
I give him 5 matches, 6 at the most, before they book something where his prosthetic gets pulled off by a heel and used as a weapon.

They were going to sign Oscar Pistorius but it didn't work out.

They were going to sign Oscar Pistorius but it didn't work out. He felt that eventually going to prison for murder would lead to a happier life than turning up backstage at an Impact taping. People'd have a higher opinion of him for one. Source: Craig Meltsir

So it's settled then. His name here's gonna be "Jesse Gowen", right?

Also, it was mentioned earlier, but he does kinda look like a combo of Randy Orton & Crimson.
