Stir fried chicken chunks and mushrooms served with a thin slice of provolone cheese over it?
I was thinking of cooking this for dinner tonight. What do you guys think?
Originally I was also going to use onions too, but they're a bitch to cut this late at night. Plus, I'd rather just use more mushrooms. For spice I'll also add a little adobo.

Hmm, is this going to be Asian/Chinese flavored? Because mixing that with cheese sounds weird, mainly because I've never seen or eaten it.

If you had a slap chop it wouldn't be hard. Wish I did. I'll use those onions eventually though. I plan on making my own pizza sometime this weekend.

Actually, it doesn't sound too bad. I'd just personally be one to go ahead, and chop up the onions, maybe a green pepper, maybe also ad in some chicken bacon bits. Then I'd probably add noodles and some kind of alfredo sauce.
