His new southern cult leader is so fresh, different and outside the box that it just might work.
Congrats on TNA creative for this refreshing new idea.

Where I have I seen this before?
Hmm.
Oh right. It's a family, right? Wyatt family?
Figures.
LOL TNA.

I dunno... it still seems to be missing something.
Maybe one of the members can start going... "Yeah yeah yeah" during matches. Make them come off as more crazy.
And the other... they should give him a creepy sheep mask. That'll really sell the whole thing!
Oh, and everybody should grow giant beards. That seems like it would help too.
Such great ideas... how has nobody ever thought of them before?!

Hey, if there's one thing TNA needs, it's a heel stable running roughshod over everyone.

Honestly, I thought it was really good and I am looking forward to what they do with. That said, filming these things in a shed in the woods is was way too similar to the look of Wyatt debut vignettes.

Yeah, it was a really good segment & I'm interested to see how he helps transform him into "The Great Sanada", which does show that it is a bit different from The Wyatts.

I love that they already got rid of the Japanese Bieber look but yeah, I really want to see how he looks as the Great Sanada though. Looks like he'll be styled like early-Muta but I'd love to see some of the late Muta craziness.

His finisher should be called the squealer, man Gaburick's DVR is doing all the booking, if tna was truly on the wwe radar they would've sued for plagiarism. Only way to fix it is to have Bram and Gunner sawn together as conjoined twins.

Its actually similar to the story Keiji Mutoh used when becoming the Great Muta, he had to become bad to become good, same thing going on here with Sanada. I'll stick with it, he got more to the point than Wyatt struggles to do at times for me.

I actually appreciate that they seem to be using this to add a bit of character to the X-Division.
Hopefully it plays out well on screen, and not as a Wyatt ripoff.

On all seriousness this angle is actually more important than it appears to be, one bad booking decision regarding Sanada (Okato for example) and Wrestle 1 pull the plug on the relationship...

I will laugh if Storm, instead of turning him into The Great Sanada, turns him into Jimmy Wang Yang.

He should have them compete against each other and pick the most worthy one to cash in his tag briefcase with.

It's better than his gimmick of saying Sorry not Sorry

I will say this probably won't turn out too much like the Wyatt Family given the people involved. However, I've got to wonder how TNA can just shamelessly churn out story lines and gimmicks that are clearly derived from WWE and expect to be taken seriously.

Give TNA credit for copying a GOOD storyline.
Meanwhile in Stamford...Claire Lynch.
