So did those of us who didn't bother with this miss anything? Other than a good X division match

Won't even make eleven pages. TNA's WrestleMania! It beat last weeks Smackdown thread with one page! (Not this weeks anniversary show, though)

I didn't even read the thread from like page 9.5 on but did anyone else have a big problem with Tajiri getting hit with blue mist and not falling asleep?

But yeah... Not having a title match was pretty damn ridiculous. And about the Wrestle-1 contingent: they were damn good (save for the fat guy), but really not up to the level of New Japan.

Holly f***! Team 3D really went into business for themselves, they're smart I understand why they did that, seeing that tna is dying they want to make a nice couple of paydays before possibly returning to the wwe. Lol Bubbah Ray (The Bully name in my opinion isn't gonna last long) really took the company for everything it was worth.

That's disgraceful if 3D did go into business for themselves, just to get themselves a potential booking in the process. They insulted TNA and W-1 with that one move, the companies that went out of their way to celebrate 3D. They went and chucked it right back in their faces and essentially said "screw this, I want to be part of NJPW instead." A dick move.

Yeah it is disgraceful, but at the same time welcome to wrestling, almost every wrestler turns into scum, although while I can't condone what they did I understand why they did it. I think it was a shoot because it wasn't broadcasted.

They went and chucked it right back in their faces and essentially said "screw this, I want to be part of NJPW instead." A dick move. It's wrestling it happens all the time. You have too keep in mind that Bully Ray was trashing Dixie Carter on radio interviews months ago and isn't really fond of her. So what if they celebrated them. WWE gave Flair the perfect send off and what did Flair do? goes to TNA and Hogan tour then and wrestles again. The fact Hogan left WWE AFTER putting him in the hall of fame isn't an insult. The fact Bret Hart juster wrote the letters WCW after the screw job while on WWE PPV? Team 3D don't have a contract with TNA and if a company who is having a show just down the street from them offered them a deal to work at a place that will make them more money then TNA is able to pay. Work in front a larger crowd. Team 3D can do whatever they want after the crazy spots they did for full Metal Mayhem, they did that for TNA in front on not even a 1,000 fans in attendance. Bully Ray is a business man and knows the business. He sees TNA as a dying ship so why would anybody stay of there a promise of a job else where they is going to likely pay you more.

Well...I enjoyed the show. It didn't blow me away, but I thought that given the poor choice of circumstances they did a good job. Looking at it as one show and not TNA as a whole, I was fine with it. On the other hand, yes...this probably wasn't a smart move by TNA to do the show this way.

Was the wrestling good? I see Havok Death Machine mentioned the X-Division match being well worth watching, but aside from that?

I enjoyed it, but it really didn't feel like a TNA show to me. As mentioned above by numerous people, it was essentially a TNA-branded Wrestle-1 event.
