The WWE would take the Dudleyz back in a second. Same with Jeff whenever he's available to sign. Shame for TNA, but the writing has been on the wall for a while now. They are living on borrowed time. I don't think the Dudleyz want to go back to the WWE, especially with Heyman there.

I can't speak for Devon, but when asked about it when Bully was interviewed recently, he said he'd go back in a heartbeat, though he was speaking well of TNA, too, so it's not like he outright buried them.

My only issue would be what they'd achieve over there. This is a team of a similar age range to the Outlaws, and while both guys are in much better shape and look a lot better, I think that it's a waste of one of modern wrestling's best heels... and his buddy Devon, to just drop them back into the tag division.

Not sure they'd go in as a team or not, I could see Bully doing solo work still, but I could definitely see them as trainers or agents, or one kind of taking a back seat while the other one did more active ring work. Also, and this isn't me shitting on the Outlaws, but the Dudleyz are a better team, so I could see them really helping out the younger teams by working with them.

I think that Bully never forgave the company for keeping him down for years, think about all the former wwe guys that were given main event pushes, yet team 3d actually put over the talent, I can't blame him for leaving. That's not even remotely true. Team 3D were in PPV main events within weeks of their arrival in the company (Genesis 05), and just about any major tag team that came around during their run feuded with 3D over the titles. They have may taken some jobs, but as soon as something like Lethal Lockdown came around and TNA needed a credible active team in the spotlight to fill a main event match, it was always Team 3D. The tag division always revolved around what Team 3D was doing, even if they didn't have the titles. That's not even considering the big singles push Bully got when they dispanded Team 3D.

Would WWE let Bully go far up the card, though? As far as his character deserves? Or would we just have another endless upper midcarder? Also you are right, the Dudleyz shit on the Outlaws, and I love the Outlaws.

I think Bully is one of those guys who can get over as hell if you give him a mic and a decent spot, so whether he sank or swam would depend on if they gave him a shot. He'd do better than RVD, anyway.

Bully to WWE to get annihilated by Lesnar Bully as a Paul Heyman Guy that's a roadblock to Lesnar. Give us Lesnar, Bully, Paige, and a couple other guys for a new Dangerous Alliance. As for why Bully would want to go to WWE, money. WWE could pay him more in contract, and then you've got shirts, hats, Mattel figures, and DVD/Blu.

This is the end
Beautiful friend
This is the end
My only friend, the end
Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
I'll never look into your eyes...again

I think he'd have to swerve the crowd though, cause he'd get a face response if he returned. Have him come to the ring, talk about how he's happy to be back etc. But something that makes him real happy is money, and Heyman made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Talk about how he's not exactly young anymore, and he came back just to make money. Doesn't give a damn about the fans. Bully is an excellent heel, and I think he could make that angle work.

I think the real LOLTNA moment here is that they AGAIN started a storyline without having all the contracts lined up.

I'd join in the fun but i'll say Bubba Ray/Bully (and maybe Devon) could consider returning to the WWE full time NOT just a performer but he'll be great as an NXT/PC trainer or other roles used by the WWE like a booker, backstage guy, stage crew, etc...

So Bully's contract is up and he's now free to work anywhere he wants. Could he conceivably show up on Raw tonight?

That if the WWE called he be there no question.

I think the real LOLTNA moment here is that they AGAIN started a storyline without having all the contracts lined up. Seriously. This post should be booking 101. If you are going to book somebody in a major program, make sure they are actually signed on for the duration so you can actually do it! I mean shit, shouldn't this be literally the first thing that gets brought up? Who should we push for the next 4 months? Let's go with Bully Ray! Is he signed on for the next 4 months? Nope, contract expires in 2 weeks. Get him a contract extension ASAP or find another wrestler to push. That's how damn near every meeting should start.

Remember this is the same company that used up all of RVD's scheduled days while he was world champion. Instead of working up a extended deal before the last couple of ones where used up, they went into panic mode and wrote RVD off for the time being by covering him in BBQ sauce and saying he got more injuries than a person falling into a meat grinder. He came back about a month later with a couple of bandages. And don't forget the Main Event Mafia returns fiasco.
