From my point of view, much like WWF/E did to WCW's contracts in 2001, I could list of the talents here if WWE buys out their contracts similar to WCW: - Abyss
- Angelina Love
- Bobby Roode
- Brooke Tessmacher
- Christy Hemme
- Earl Hebner
- Eddie Edwards
- Eric Young
- Ethan Carter III
- Garett Bischoff
- Gunner
- James Storm
- Jeremy Borash
- Madison Rayne
- Magnus
- Kenny King
- Robbie E
- Rhino
- Sam Shaw
- Mike Tenay
- Taryn Terrell
- Taz
- Velvet Sky
- Zema Ion
Others like MVP, Lashley, Homicide, The Freak, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Bully Ray, Kurt Angle, Sanada, Havok, Gail Kim, ODB, Bram, Hector Guerrero, Brian Hebner, Scott Wheeler, DVon, and the others are in priority mode.
Some of the ones listed as well as above would end up going to NXT.

Bram's not going back to WWE. He got fired for punching a cop.

The only guy in TNA with no history with the WWE that I can see the WWE being remotely interested in is Bobby Roode. I wish I could say James Storm too but his stock has fallen way too much over the last few years.
Kurt Angle is iffy. I personally think the WWE is probably better off not even risking it.
For Knockouts I'd love to see the WWE give Madison Rayne a chance, but I doubt that would happen. Bubba Ray might be able to get Velvet Sky a job, but I doubt she would be around for long.

Bully Ray is gone. Now how did you make this list? I mean how is Rhino on this list? He part time and all over the indies. So he has no contract he's paid by appearance.

I highly doubt anybody from TNA will end up in WWE until at least a year or two has passed since TNA died.

Almost all of the TNA contracts now are on an "on appearance" basis.
Other than names that were big at one time in WWE (Angle, Hardy, Dudleys) I can't see anyone that WWE would even take a look at. What's left is in TNA cause WWE wanted nothing to do with them before. If TNA wasn't around what makes anyone think they'd want them now, along with that, if WWE really wanted any of them don't you think they would have ditched TNA and gone there already?

Think there's a thread already talking about Vince buying the library.

Think there's a thread already talking about Vince buying the library. Agreed. I think Mike Tenay should be the voice of Raw (the "new" JR) replacing the annoying Cole (who is better off with SmackDown alongside JBL). Because the roster is gonna be big sooner than later, they could consider doing another brand split again.

If it happens, then I could see WWE taking a few of them, but ones like Abyss, Hebner & Bischoff are not in those "few".

Bram's not going back to WWE. He got fired for punching a cop. His wife and father-in-law both work for WWE. I can see them taking him back.

Bobby Roode and then maybes to ECIII, Samoa Joe, and a very large maybe to Zema Ion. That's about all I could see WWE really wanting. Maybe Borash for behind the scenes stuff? WWE isn't really hurting for talent right now.

To add the other talent: Mr. Anderson/Kennedy*, DJ Z, Rebel, Tanea Brooks as well.
* - At least Kennedy could do round 2 with WWE.

This aint' personal man and I'm not ripping on you, just Kennedy and WWE in the same sentence and I kinda get the giggles. If they brought him back just for a one shot to face Brock, ok. Suplexathon starring Mr. Kennedy will work for me. They can do the same thing with "that guy" I'd pay to watch that.

Let's be honest here. Outside of a few big names who achieved past glory in WWE (Jeff Hardy, Team 3D, Kurt Angle if he's willing to stay out of the ring and be sober), only a few would even get within sniffing distance of WWE. All of the Knockouts are no go due to WWE passing on them when they were free agents pre and post TNA. Magnus would had been a sure thing but his TNA world title run massively dropped his stock. Bram was in the indies because he played Punch-Out with a cop and will go back there: marriage to Charlotte or not. It's one thing to get caught stealing, having the need for speed and weed, or trying to bribe a cop. It's another for physical assaulting an officer. EC3 deserves a second look due to him being one of the few acts in TNA that haven't been ruined and actually improved. Spud sadly is too small unless they want Hornswoggle and El Torito to become a trio. Black Evolution is a no go not because they're black but WWE have younger, better talent to fill the same positions. Sanada isn't a big enough name for an international signing. Besides, he would go back to Japan whenever TNA goes belly up.
People like Abyss, Anderson, Storm, and Eric Young already know WWE wouldn't look their way and that's why they took BIG paycuts to stay TNA. Bobby Roode stands a chance. His age hurts him but Hunter is still a fan of his. Shaw, Gunner, and the rest: not even worth a NXT stint. Maybe if they get the stank of TNA off them and grow as wrestlers. So unless WWE hire them as extras to Adam Rose's entourage or security guards, they ain't seeing backstage no time soon. Tenay and Taz are more annoying than what hear on WWE programming every week. Bringing them in is like hiring William Hung to be the lead singer of Coldplay. Borash would be a lock but WWE don't want backstage news and upcoming storylines popping up on PWInsider minutes later of being announced. Hemme is worthless considering they got 5-6 ring announcers already. Plus she can't wrestle anymore. Standing there and looking hot won't get her that gig. So in short, this won't be like when WWE bought WCW assets and some of the talent contracts. As someone said, TNA made them per appearance contracts.

Gunner is gonna skip developmental and debut on Raw....... Bram goes only if Naitch can pull some favors, and enough time has passed since the arrest. EC3 needs to go to the indies first and hope he didn't pissed anyone by going to tna. Eddie Edwards goes to nxt if he ditches Davey.
