Is this list including house shows?
I know WWE ran the December to Dismember PPV in Augusta, GA. That always seemed a strange location.
Also, I know WWE has run house shows in Macon and Savannah (Georgia) this year or last year.

Missing London Ontario they had the Raw right after Summer Slam 2004. The night Orton turned face right after he cut a promo that every person in the crowd who is 24 are fat neckbeard slobs and challenged them to take off their shirts.

Las Vegas should be the Thomas and Mack Center. I've never even heard of the Valley View Casino Center.

Bob Carpenter Arena - Newark, DE (House Shows) Wicomico Civic Center - Salisbury, MD (RAW in the early-mid 90s, House Shows today)
But of course will always be known as the site Goldberg severely injured his hand in WCW busting out the limo windows.

Bridgeport,CT: The Arena @ Harboryard(Webster Bank Arena): Raw 15th Anniversary took place here Worst Crowd Ever I was proud to have been a part of that crowd. Worst part is, my memory of the show was a super hot crowd. Guess I need to watch it again.

The show itself was great but the crowd killed it for me. Especially for when Godfather came out and the participants in the Battle Royal getting very little to no crowd reaction. If the show was in a city with a better crowd the show would have gone through the roof.

Peoria Civic Center; Peoria, Illinois. Held multiple tapings until about 2007, when we became houseshow only. Randy Orton, Simon Dean and Khali all debuted on TV here. Haha.

I think the OP meant major cities/venues. Probably why Salisbury isn't included.

Indianapolis Indiana isn't good enough to make your list???!?!?!?!?! We had WM 8 in the Hoosier Dome! Use Market Square Arena, Conseco Fieldhouse, or Bankers Life Fieldhouse as its called now for the Arena.

My section was marking out like crazy, especially at the end.

I'm not saying you in general wasn't marking out or anything I just hated that it transitioned into a poor way. Like it might have looked great when live but when you see it on TV you react with a "WTF Is Wrong With This Stupid Crowd"
