There hasn't been one of these threads in a while and there certainly are a few acts (I'm using act rather than wrestler, so you can include a tag team or stable) that are kind of directionless right now.
Turn Face: Ryback - Ever since he's turned heel and adopted a bully persona, he's become infinitely more entertaining and shown so much more personality than he ever did during his Goldbergesque streak. I'd love to see him get a run as a face, but with personality this time.
Turn Heel: Big Show/Mark Henry - It's obvious now that there are no plans for the Wyatts to get a run with the titles, so in a tag-team division crying out for some dominant heels, why not turn the biggest team around to give the division a monstrous antagonist?

Turn face: Miz. I liked the Miz since he first arrived and I want to cheer for him. I want to be "allowed" to cheer for him. Also ditch the Moneymaker gimmick. It's fun and entertaining, but it's just not the kind of gimmick you give to an eight year vet. That kind of cartoonishness is for a guy fresh out of NXT. If WWE wants to do the Hollywood movie star gimmick, then put a younger, less/un-established guy in a movie.
Turn heel: Big Show/Mark Henry. For reasons stated above. Also, I'd like to see either one of those guys help put over a face talent rather than be face jobbers to the stars getting punked by Lesnar or Rusev or some other monster of the month.

Turn Face: Cesaro. They honestly should've done this months ago after he quit The Real Americans and won the Andre the Giant Battle Royale. By holding off they completely killed any momentum he had going. While I see why they did it, in hindsight it was absolutely moronic. The guy seriously needs to be freshened up as a character, and a face turn would go a long way towards that, I think.
Turn Heel: Kofi Kingston. He's never been a heel, at least on the main roster, and while they teased it, they never pulled the trigger. I'd like to see what he might able to do under a new character. While I'm at it I'd pair him with Xavier Woods like they originally intended with him and Big E. From what little I saw of it, I really liked his heel manager persona. I would've had no problem seeing it develop even more. And maybe Kofi could even elevate himself to a degree in the long run.

Love both these ideas. Ryback hasn't been quite ruined yet. I think with his look if WWE got behind him again he could still rebound (though probably could NEVER be the THE guy). Still, capable of being near the main event. Also, I think Show/Henry as tag champs would be very logical. It just makes sense that given their size and dominance they run roughshod as faces or heels. However, I'd prefer Henry have one last heel run as a solo act. I'm not big on Big Show right now.

Turn Cesaro face. No explanation necessary.
Turn Kofi Kingston heel. It's time. Give him a Nation-esque angle like a modern day Che Guevara. Since he's from Africa, he can talk about the on-going imperialist ideals that African people, and people all over the world, still suffer. He can spout Marxism. They can bring CJ Parker up to complement the shared ideals. They could be a great heel tag team, therefore, the Usos would be pressured to be dickis h or heel themselves right away.

Turn Face: Cesaro - I really just want him to get a better theme song and use the Cesaro Swing.
Turn Heel: R-Truth - I like him as is, but as a face he'll never be as entertaining as he was in 2011.

Turn face: Cesaro: Seriously, WWE. Enough Already. Turn heel: Dolph Ziggler: Call Sami Zayn up to the main roster and let these two bump like crazy for one another and tear the house down. Plus, I find Dolph to be totally unlikable.
