They could have milked the Cole/Heidenreich flashbacks a bit longer and I'd have been crying laughing for weeks.

By having Triple H replay it on the tron while pinning Cole to the ropes and singing the lyrics to Stand Back by Vinnie Mac.

You'd think after "How do I climb a ladder?", Jericho would have thought to maybe stop asking Bubba to do stuff. I mean, I get that they had to call most of it in the back due to the linked nature of every spot, and I also know that they didn't know about concussions then what we know now, but there had to have been some other workaround.

In Jericho's second book he mentioned that Bubba was so out of it after that TLC match that he (Bubba) was asking people backstage where his mother was at despite the fact his mother had already passed away.
Now that's a scary reminder of how bad a head injury can get.
