I'm not asking who's the worst character, because they're all fun characters, but they're all terrible people. So who's the worst PERSON?
I gotta say Dennis.
You know, because of the implication.

Dennis..with Frank in a very close second. Then Mac, then Dee, then Charlie.

You know what, as terrible as Dennis is (the leader at the time I write this comment), I'm going to say Dee. The first thing that comes to mind is her getting The Waitress back into alcohol just so she could play Sex & The City. That's not the only time, but overall I'd have to say that Dee is the worst.

Dennis > Dee > Frank > Mac = Charlie That's my list as well, thought I think Mac is worse then Charlie, not equal to.

I think Frank is based soley on the fact that he created the 2 that might be worse than him. So he made two awful people that have ruined 2 very simple people.
He's not picking up the scraps with the evil. He's creating the wake.

Dennis. He's the smartest of everybody and clearly knows what he's doing. He's criminally insane.

Dennis is the most "Evil" out of the group.
He psychologically manipulates the rest of the gang, and to a greater extent EVERYONE he meets. People, in his mind, exist literally as means to ends, objects to either be used or to decorate his personal fantasy world.
WORST however.......?
Frank is certainly the most dangerous. He has a mix of charisma, Nearly unlimited funds, and a combination of apathy and ignorance unrivaled in most people. He could do the most damage to anyone/thing out of all of them with motivation to do so.
So yeah......between the two of them.

"I NEED MY TOOLS TO BIND AND BE BOUND!"
Dennis easily. I mean, Frank's a terrible person, but he's not implied to be a serial sex criminal. Dee doesn't do anything to reprehensible, but she's pretty damn terrible, all whilst thinking she's better than the guys. Mac's just an idiot who's deeply in the closet.
And Charlie, well, he's just an idiot. He did have hints of being kinda evil in the episode where he and Dee date the rich brother and sister, with it all being a ruse to make the Waitress jealous. He's just a simpleton most of the time.
I do think his idiocity saves him though. "Flowers for Charlie" showed what he'd be like if he was smarter.

A friend of mine is convinced that Dennis will turn out to have been a serial killer this whole time. That such a twist would change almost NOTHING about the tone of the show or characters does mean Dennis may be the winner. I voted Frank, though, just since Dennis has such a commanding lead.
Charlie's perhaps the most innocent, but any time he is given a chance to spite those beneath him, he relishes it. It's hard to say how much cruelty he could display if he was given more opportunity to do so.

I watched the episode where the gang's convinced Mac's a serial killer because he's banging Carmen the transvestite secretly, and it was amusing to see Dennis accusing him of all these things with how he is later on.

Frank I believe is the most morally bankrupt but Dennis is a literal sociopath. By that logic though I would argue that Frank is technically the worst of the two since Dennis has a personality disorder.

Dennis. He's the smartest of everybody and clearly knows what he's doing. He's criminally insane. Frank is the smartest. Generally, though he has his moments of strange reasoning, such as when he decided the success of Paddy's Pub was tied into "schemes" and his scheme of adding additional stop signs to a dangerous intersection only turned out to actually make it much safer, accomplishing nothing to benefit the bar or his own personal interests.

But then you have stuff like the company he set up and made hugely successful as The Warthog, as well as when he staged the coup on it and sold it off to the Japanese, making him a huge amount of money and f***ing everyone over. So yeah, he's pretty gorram evil, but I'd still say Dennis is worse by far. Also, I like the fact that we've all decided that they're worse than the crazed psycho inbred hillbillies.
