I wonder how he is unlocked? Universe objective or completing the on disc Showcase modes maybe.

Why the balls do we need a Retro Del Rio? It's not like he drastically changed his look or moveset. I guess whatever it is, it's the difference between the Del Rio we all knew and tolerated, and the one we openly mocked with the Wheel Of Aggression. Only thing I can think of is "With car" and "Without car" Oh, and someone tweeted a pic of the "Who's NXT?" mode screen. Looks pretty neat.

Hoping the Playable Characters in the DLC Showcase Modes (Like Andre and Honky Tonk in the Warrior's story) are listed under "Downloaded Superstars" as well.

They have updated the on screen graphics since the SummerSlam build to have the new WWE logo bug in the bottom right. I imagine this will be better for those who make their own feds in Universe etc as there is no coloured WWE logo centre left of the screen.

Apparently he's got 13 different attires in this... THIRTEEN. Most would likely be palette swaps, but there'd be some unique ones in there too (Chicago flag, Bret Hart tribute, Yankee stripes, etc.).

Watching the last-gen gameplay videos, any hype I had for this game just died. 2K14 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Yeah, it does seem like the last-gen version got somewhat hosed in comparison to the current-gen version. Hopefully people won't judge too harshly on the latter because of the former. EDIT: The theory going around some of these places are that 2K focused most of their efforts on next-gen with Visual Concepts, leaving pretty much all the work on last-gen to Yuke's.

The other one has more AGGRESSION in his stats And yeah, in terms of the last gen one, it's a total copy and paste job. I mean most sports franchises once the new consoles come out turn into a total copy of the previous one, look at the FIFA series or NHL, they made those games for ps2 SO long after the ps3 was released.

That doesn't surprise me, and I'm almost happy that it's like that. I really don't want Yukes anywhere near the future of the games.

Just stop watching last-gen videos and everyone abandon any hope of getting it last-gen. Last-gen is basically 2K14 with a new roster. That's it. They've cut out a great amount so if you want your hype to die? Watch last-gen. Next-gen will not be the same. It's already been confirmed that next-gen has the new enhancements and last gen will not. Here's basically everything that next-gen will have that last-gen doesn't have.
- New gameplay enhancements (lock-up system for example is one) - Updated graphics + cinematic camera at times - MyCareer Mode - More GMs - More Superstar Heads - Extras
Basically if you want your hype to die check out last-gen videos. That's one reason I'm staying away. The game looks exactly like 2K14, even the speed is the same. Notice in PS4/X1 version the speed is actually accurate to how the wrestlers move, it's realistic movement. Last-gen doesn't have that, it's all jerky.

That Punk is a poor superstar thread. They goofed and made the kneepads pink.

The only negativity stems from the people who say negative stuff and bash the games every year. Most of the complaints are from people saying it's just last year's base game with an updated roster and more moves. Well, that's all I wanted in the first place so I think it looks great. I've been watching gameplay videos this morning and I can't wait to get my hands on it. And don't listen to people claiming it's a literal copy from year's past, because it's not true. I'm seeing a much smarter A.I., and the commentary is WAY better.

I haven't played a WWE game in a few years (last one was '13) so I think I'm going to be fine with the huge leap on the PS4.
