Let's take a break from our daily complaints and acknowledge the times when WWE didn't drop the ball !

The Shield's entire run was handled pretty much perfectly as far as I can recall.

Punk beating Cena at MITB 2011 and leaving with the belt. I could've gone without "Do the right thing" John having to run out of the ring to chase off Johnny Ace and Vince to make things fair, to get into the ring and eat a GTS for the loss. Other then that, I agree. The right man went over and kickstarted what could've been a generation defining angle. Until this happened.

RVD beating Cena at One Night Stand was the right call. having Edge interfere in order for that to happen was, ultimately, also probably the right call, since RVD put the company in a shitty situation getting busted, and him being part of the bigger feud between Edge and Cena and not supplanting it made transitioning the belt off of him easier, though I doubt he was ever considered a long-term champion, anyway.

Yes it was done right but everything after that was dragged through the shit. Again it went up and down from Punk winning as the first up, then the first down was with the whole Kevin Nash plot. The next up was Punk vs Funk Man only to have that fued stolen from Punk and given to Cena just because he had to be the grand savior.

Pretty much what the nexus should have been.

Randy Orton's RNN broadcasts
Quite possibly the only time I've ever found Orton entertaining.

I never got WHY the nexus debut was a big deal IMO Well that's your opinion. In my opinion, you DID understand why it was a big deal.

Warrior vs Macho, from the moment Sherri asked Warrior for a title shot, to the reunion between Macho and Liz.
