The guy who would be teaching the nervous and clueless how to become solid on the mic.
I'd pick Paul Heyman. Who else could be used for this though?

We're forgetting Dean Ambrose here - he's a brilliant talker. Lesnar too could teach a whole bunch of people how to be intense on the mic by saying so very little and making it count.

The clear answer is The Great Khali. Stop looking at me like that.

Ambrose' mic style works because it's unique. Him being a teacher is about the worst thing that could happen unless he literally passes on no personal traits, and if that's the case, what's the point?

Regal, probably the best at mixing comedy, serious business, emotion and character work in the sort of relatively short promos a nervous rookie is likely to get.
Barrett for teaching them how take the poor quality material that's written for them and get it over.

Randy Orton. Promos need more lip smacking and chin rubbing.

Jericho once mentioned how he used to be nervous on the mic and overcame it by practicing at home with a hairbrush as a microphone. He would work best as I'd imagine a lot of the others mentioned are just naturally good at public speaking and might not be able to relate to a jellylegs.

How could it not be Cena? When it comes to adapting to crowd reactions to emphasize the point you want to convey, which is an incredibly important skill in the era where fans have a tendency to chant shit like "CM PUNK!" for no reason, there really isn't anyone better.

I think Heyman, Regal or Cena would be the best choices because they are 3 of the most versatile guys on the microphone. Whatever promo they cut, serious or not, they do it with a passion. Heyman is good at making you hate him. Regal can make you hate him but he can also make you cheer for him because even though he's been a heel for much of his career, I've seen him cut some good face promos. John Cena is good at reacting to however the crowd is reacting. He always brings a lot of emotion into his promos.

If we're only counting active wrestlers I would say Cena because he can improvise out there based on the crowd's emotion. I would also have Christian there, hey he hasn't retired yet, because he can do comedy and be serious. Finally Goldust, he had the best teacher in Dusty, he also has awesome facial expressions, and has a wide range of acting skills, when Pillman took Marlena from him, he played a believable serious bad ass, a short time later he was in a diaper with Luna.

Mark Henry
He's the most believable
Vastly underrated as a speaker. His trash talk is second to none.

My first thought was Heyman but the more I think about it I would pick Cena. The guy has had to deal with hostile crowds for 9 years whilst playing a babyface character going up against a variety of different personalties and feuds. Yes his jokes may be a bit lame at times but in terms of speaking in front of a tough crowd under pressure Cena gets it done.
