"All The Small Things" was from an album that came out in 1999. Obviously everyone has their own tastes and preferences in music and none of this happens to be mine. You seem like a music lover though, so I recommend diving deeper and finding artists that aren't necessarily played on the radio. I just refuse to live in a world where the likes of Creed, Matchbox 20, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Nickelback, Black Eyed Peas, and Chris Brown have released some of the best music in the last 15 years. Yeah, join us in the world where they make pretty good music.

I do listen to good music, hell i owe Clash i believe so much for sending me towards Janelle Monae. I just stick to mainstream for these countdowns Plus All the Small Things wasn't charting until 2000 Damn now i feel bad, i mean y'all know my music taste by now

Jesus Walks and Best of You really does belong in the top 3. I would of had Lose Yourself as the top song

No E-40? Come on man the hyphy movement was the shit!
Oh and I don't know how Get Low wasn't on this list either. Get Low was the song of that decade.

The Good Multiple Outkast,Kanye, and Eyrkah Badu tracks
Kid Culi- Day N Nite
Nelly Furtado -Turn Out The Light
Britney Spears-Everytime(Seriously hate every other song I have heard from her but this one is brilliant)
Jimmy Eat World-The Middle
Destinys Child-Say My Name
Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely - Backstreet Boys
The Remedy-Jason Mraz
White Flag-Dido
Soul Decision -Faded(Possibly the greatest track ever Produced for a boy band)
The bad Multiple Black Eyed Peas Chris Brown, Eminem and Nickelback track
None of the songs from Aaliyah's self titled album on the list but an inferior posthomous release and the Romeo Must Die track making the list
All in all as good as a list as one will find for mainstream songs in the Aughts.
The weird thing to me is most peoples musical palettes are open minded to so many types of genres. People have access to more music then ever in human history, but sampling mainstream radio particularly rock, hip hop, country and top 40 this century it is almost as narrow and rigid with their playlists as the pre rock and roll era.

Real hit and miss list there, but you have some real gems there (Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely). And wasn't Say My Name 90's? But then I always get confused between what was 99 & what was 00.

2005 Elvis Presley - Jailhouse Rock HUH? Got to number 1 in 2005 in the UK charts due to his entire catalog of music becoming downloadable.

I must say that I have a very different music liking from yours sir, thus I would not even get close with a pole to touch about 25% of that list. In fact, the fact that it has Nickelbeck at all is horrendous and pretty much invalidates this as a top list I would kind of follow. Having a lot of Chris Brown in it, just killed it for me.
Also, no Usher? BOO!
