I mean, yeah, Rowan and Harper were on, in a losing effort of course, but they didn't even bother trying to showcase Bray whatsoever.
Safe to say he has no future anymore?

I think they eventually realised how bad they booked him last week so kept him off last night and hope/pray that people have forgotten about it by the following week.

no, no that's not safe to say.
And if they thought they'd booked him poorly then they wouldn't have shown bits of Cena kicking his ass

I wouldn't go that far, but he needs some fixing Give him a decent feud and he should be fine, hell give him big show. If he took down show then he'd look dominant again. I know big show has lost nearly every feud he's been in but he's still seen as a huge threat so I think he'll be good for him.

If he's going to keep losing like this they need to debut a Sister Abigail type character to revitalize him.

Bray had a short promo after they announced the steel cage, didn't he? Or did I hallucinate that? It wouldn't surprise me, my mind did feel pretty gone half-way through Raw.

Dude took the ass beating of a lifetime last week. It would have been significantly dumber if he had showed up this week like nothing had happened.
He still got a promo so it's not even like he was totally left off the show. I thought last week was some bullshit too but people are reaching when they say Bray "has no future."

I'm not saying there aren't talented divas because there are, but is there really a diva that has the mic skills to portray a character that's supposed to be a wiser mentor character to Bray Wyatt? Also, my memory stinks but I'm pretty sure it's been alluded to that Sister Abigail is dead.

I think they intimated that she was dead, but they could always say Bray was speaking in riddes like he always does. As far as divas that could portray her - they'd definitely need to bring someone else in or use someone in developmental but only have her whisper into Bray's ear so we never actually hear her speak. They could even do a thing that's like, "ONLY THE EATER OF WORLDS IS STRONG ENOUGH TO HEAR HER VOICE!!!"

Abigail is indeed dead but thinking on it, there could be always be Abigail's daughter or another that she mentored like Bray. Don't even know that she'd have to say much really. Just stand there and look creepy while Bray talks about what she has said. Nikki Roxx could have done this had she not left the business I think, not sure about those in NXT that have not reached TV.

If you're talking about his match with Lesnar, he wasn't on Raw the next night.
