10-12 weeks of recovery puts him in the late November-early December window. No reason to rush him back. Agreed but who said 10-12 weeks? Did I hear Cole wrong? He said several months. I don't want to mince words but "a few" and "several" aren't the same. And I keep reading that the timeline is typically only 6 weeks. So "out indefinitely" makes the most sense to say but "several months" sounded like late Q1 of 2015 or something... Yeah, the way Cole said it, it seems that they want to make it sound like he'll be out forever so that when he returns, it will be a surprise.

WWE can now follow these booking steps for Roman Reigns in the next few months:
Reigns comes back too soon and gets reinjured in his first match back against Rollins. This is where you put him on an ambulance and girls cry in the audience.
Reigns doesn't wrestle again until the Royal Rumble where his return is built up. Reigns wins the Rumble by eliminating Dean Ambrose in the end.
Reigns defeats Seth Rollins at the Elimination Chamber pay per view to get his revenge.
The boyhood dream comes true for Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania where he defeats Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.
A now heel Dean Ambrose challenges Reigns for the title at the following pay per view.

2014 is the year of the pushes killed by injury; Daniel Bryan, AJ, Wade Barrett, and now Reigns. How in the neck has Cena not gotten but by the curse? Cause he is the Curse!
