That mid air RKO was pretty cool the first couple times it happened. This is coming from someone who's never really liked Orton. However, now it's just kinda become passe.

Well you missed a great match. But what if it was a great episode of American Dad? Unless it was new and I haven't seen it then....

Well you missed a great match. Don't worry, I think I'll be still able to sleep tonight.

Chris just seem to be lacking the fire he once had. I would never believe that a feud between him and Bray Wyatt would be boring but it was. It felt completly off somehow.
I may be completly off but I think what it is is that he failed to evolve contrary to another vet like Golddust.

Unless it was new and I haven't seen it then.... I suppose, it's not like we've seen Jericho vs. Orton before. touche

I know where the OP is coming from since this match had zero heat or build, but the match was quite solid. I'd put it easily over the Reigns/Orton snoozer from SS, since at least Jericho knows how to keep Orton reigned in and not too boring with the headlock crap. I saw the finish coming a mile away though.

Jericho's patented "Flying Stretched Neck" move finally came back to haunt him.

One of the sad realities of this board is many can dish out criticism, oftentimes unfairly. Then when they are proven wrong, those same people are either hesitant to eat crow or just avoid it altogether. I'm anxious to see the reaction to Orton vs Jericho. It was a very good match. It still accomplished nothing and had no point and I still won't remember a thing about it in two days.

Part of the fun of watching wrestling is that sometimes a good match can just be a good match all on it's own. The story was Jericho upset Orton and Orton attacked Jericho. They went to PPV and had it out in a 1 v.s. 1 match where both men threw out their best until Jericho stupidly flew right into an RKO. Save from the "I'm smart and that finish was telegraphed!" sentiment I've seen many people post, the match was good. I think the Cesaro/Sheamus match was better, but Orton/Y2J is just behind it, in my opinion and I won't proclaim that because it wasn't a focal point on the telecast that it's not worth praise. Rockers/Orient wasn't a big deal to Royal Rumble 1991 and people still talk about it to this day. It was entertaining and far from a piss break.

It was a fine match, but I didn't care about it at all. Everything about it was thrown together and inconsequential, so my interest level was nil.

You choose a title I didn't have any control over as to what to target me on? And really, it just depends on what you watch for. Personally, there are a lot of good matches, especially nowadays, and by and large you're going to need something more than that to impress me. Not saying I hate that the match happened or whatever, and I did actually watch it rather than taking a break, but it didn't remotely matter and I won't remember it, just like I knew'd be the case going into it.

The match itself was fine I guess but the shit build, waste of a cage match and the Wyatt Family, and the absolutely no suspense of a victor made it the perfect bathroom and beverage break for me.
