Their second US Title match on PPV this year and it was even better than the first one. Imagine how much more it would mean if they didn't have Sheamus and Cesaro lose matches for no reason to guys like Orton and RVD on TV? I mean that's the kind of match that could legitimately main event any show, but you can bet the US Title's status won't be elevated because of it. And that's a shame, because now with the one World Title and an absentee Champion there is a big void below it that either the US or IC Title, or both, could fill.

Loved it. MOTN for me. Really hope for more but I don't see it happening.

Easily my favorite part of the show. I absolutely love that hard-hitting, pseudo-old-school-AJPW style of wrestling.
Sheamus has always been a source of conflict for me when it comes to naming my favorite wrestlers. I can't stand his character, but he tears it up in the ring and makes me completely forget about the persona that comes across in his promos.

MOTN without question.
Absolutely hated Cesaro losing but everything leading up to the Brogue Kick made it a 4 star match.

Great Match, Deffo MOTN
Why Sheamus is pretty much forgotten I'll never know, Also why Cesaro is a jobber is also a big mystery

Great match. Would've preferred it if Cesaro won though, especially after being so dominant. I hate that every Sheamus match boils down to "Get beaten up for the whole time, Brogue Kick OUTTANOWHERE!"
Especially after Cesaro's awesome counter into the Alpamare.

I want both guys to be used more, and I hope they get more use after this match, but, who knows.

Is it just me who completely forgot Sheamus/Cesaro happened at Payback?
Good matches tho.

I thought Cesaro needed the win more, but that was truly an awesome match.

Said it before and will say it again: when Cesaro was on fire after winning the WM battle royal and took Heyman as his manager, the next step should have been a long feud with Sheamus for the US title.

They really played up how Sheamus was on the verge on losing.

Would love for them to somehow set-up a double turn. Heel Sheamus vs. Cesaro would be spectacular.

They really played up how Sheamus was on the verge on losing. Which is how I just knew Sheamus would Brogue Kick out of nowhere and win :/

The sequence where Cesaro tried to go for his finisher, Sheamus backdropped him but Cesaro landed on his feet and did the Alabama Waterslide was amazing.
I have no idea what the f*** they're doing with Cesaro. I mean, the guy's straight outta Compton a big hoss fetish fan fiction written by Vince himself.

Those two just get what a PPV match is supposed to be, something different from the norm of Raw and Smackdown. It also helps that both seemed in agreement and willing to go hard with their offence, those boots by Cesaro near the end were amazing.
Genuinely would be happy if they had another match at HiaC, perhaps even a 2 out of 3 falls match.

Sheamus backdropped him but Cesaro landed on his feet and did the Alabama Waterslide was amazing. I wish the WWE Network would consider the game show idea I pitched to them a few months back. Wrestling Maneuver or Lewd Sex Act?

I wish Cesaro won, but I really liked it even with Sheamus being such an afterthought and the feud being perfunctory.
The good news is that Cesaro probably has the WWE gig for as long as he wants it. The dude is exactly the kind of worker WWE quietly clings to - good with interviews, reliable in the ring, not fussy backstage and well-liked by most.
He could be the next Kane, only better at wrestling and with slightly less outlandish quirks.
