I figured I should cheer myself by bitching about something less consequential than Cena / Lesnar.
So. . . Florida Georgia Line. That was a thing that happened and didn't even have the decency to somehow or other play into the finish of the match. Speaking of, did Truth even get involved in that? At all?
Whatever. Point is, I figured they'd show some mercy by not talking with drawn-out syllables into an auto-tuner singing, but then we heard them on commentary. And it was terrible and basically rendered a pretty good match basically unwatchable.

I had it on mute anyways, so it affected nothing for me. I still don't like that they were there though.

I was surprised to find there's something they're worse at than music.

Just because something was minor doesn't mean it can't be awful. Granted, Florida Georgia Line are an awful, awful group to begin with, and the fact that they have the most successful "country" (in the loosest definition imaginable) single of all time makes me want to weep into a mirror.

Terrible.
I absolutely hated when they both interfered in the match and then the camera decided to focus on them for a good minute before showing the ending.

They looked like Heath Slater and Chris Jericho. That was amusing to me.

I'm fine with this kind of silliness on RAW because I get they view RAW as a veritable variety show, but it's pretty terrible to put this stuff on PPV.

That stuff belongs on RAW, not PPV.

I'm more upset about the camera angle during the finish.

If it had just been a little segment between matches it would have been annoying but tolerable. Instead, they damn near ruined a match I was looking forward to seeing. That shit should be on Raw, not a PPV.

I found it funny that they were there to promote Tribute to the Troops and had no idea what the show was called.

JBL reminding Cole that there was still a match going on in the ring was my favorite part.

they were the worst part about being at the show live.
well aside from the obnoxious smark who was giving smackdown spoilers level bad commentary on every match all night long.
