Tonight it felt like he was truly "one with the heel" throughout the entire show. Sure before, he seemed like he was a heel but he was more of that weaker lackey "getting used to it" type but now it's as if he's fully embraced it. He's got some good heat, he seemed far more comfortable and it seems they're giving him more chances to heel it up. These past 2 days I can truly say "ok this guy is really a true heel now, thank god" and it's great. He's gone from playing a heel to being one.
Basically he's transitioned out of that "Triple H who just turned corporate 1999 phase" into the "Triple H has decided to really go after the WWF Title in 1999" phase before he first became champion.
He's got it.

He still isn't as big a heel as Cena, I mean what a pompous whiney little prick he is-
*whispered too off stage*
...He's the SUPER FACE OF THE COMPANY??

I think with this Ambrose feud and his involvement in the main storylines he's really starting to get on a roll similar to MITB briefcase holder Edge had in 05 with his Matt Hardy feud.

Tonight he was great. I like Seth but wasn't sold on him ad heel. I like the angle that he's a moron who keeps getting him and his friends into deep shit thanks to his bad decisions.

I know, I love him, but I really want Dean to demolish him. I can't wait for it to happen too!

I like what he's doing, but man is the crowd dead whenever his music hits, and it's really noticeable because of the pauses. I mean I'm afraid of what will happen once this feud with Ambrose ends because it seems like he needs him to get a reaction at times

He just needs to have more feuds to establish himself. OP said it best, he's really invoking 98-99 Triple H where he's slowy found his way from "annoying frat boy uppermidcarder" to one of the best heels of the Attitude Era. The Ambrose stuff is good, but it takes more than one feud to be as good as Hunter got.

i love that he isn't the typical coward heel. He will fight, and he will jump in to things. I also like that he often has more guts than brains. He is kind of the Bizzaro-Dean.

I really enjoyed his promo at NOC. Day by day he is becoming even more of a complete package, and so much more confident on the mic (especially compared to his ROH days)

Rollins feels like what Randy Orton should have been when the Authority happened. The guy the Authority tries to protect at all costs.

I can see this Rollins/Ambrose feud being this generations HHH/Rock. Don't ask me why. Just how I see it.

Rollins feels like what Randy Orton should have been when the Authority happened. The guy the Authority tries to protect at all costs. As well as being the guy that some people in said group might get tired of protecting due to his propensity of doing stupid things (i.e. attacking Brock freaking Lesnar to cash in his contract).

Rollins is doing a good job as the de facto leader of the wrestling arm of the Authority, but I think they could do with some new blood as his lackeys.
Orton just seems weird in the role, because it's like he's accepted being a yes-man and stooge, and has no ambition of his own any more. And Kane needs to just go away while some remnants of my fondness for him remain. There must be some younger guys on the roster, or who could be called up from NXT, who could become Rollins' own guys.

Coming off of NOC, last night on Raw was the first time he has felt like a truly "big deal" since the heel turn. His first show centered around him and he knocked it out of the park.
