The fact that Viscera of all people had a mean spinning heel kick was something that always fascinated me. I remember it ending with him in a standing position (or kneeling) which I thought was odd for a guy his size . I could barely do a wheel kick let alone do a complete rotation to end up standing after.

yes but he's lanky as hell it's not that I'm not buying him doing the move but it looks weird on him. Well, he only ever really hit them on smaller guys. I mean, if he was Winds of Change-ing dudes like Big Show it'd look weird, but it's dudes like Ziggler and Mysterio, whom he can lift pretty high up and get good rotation on. He once hit the Wasteland on Big Show and it looked like he broke every vertebrae in his own back. www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYpv9DRvPCoEDIT: Shit, embedded it instead of linked it. Fixed.

There was also the time he tried it on Mark Henry, and almost dropped him. So yeah, not the best of moves to try on big dudes. Or the best of moves full stop.

That cheek to cheek move she did on AJ was bizarre for sure. I could see what she was trying to do (crushing AJ's ribs against the ropes) but it didn't look great.

One of the advantages of women's wrestling is that lighter opponents mean that power moves are, in general, easier to do. As for Wade not being a power guy, you realize he's friggin' huge, right? He's one of the bigger dudes on the roster these days. Wade was billed at 270 during NXT, as ridiculous as that sounds.

Michelle McCool: Monster heel. To be fair, she did tower over the rest of the Divas for quite some time. Her big boot was always awesome though. I remember her doing it to Kelly one time and looking like she's legit just kicked her face in.

This and that old picture of a guy towering over Mickie James yet midget sized compared to Undertaker makes me realize how insanely tall Taker is.

Kane's flying clothesline
Zack Ryder's running kick to the head while his opponent was sprawled out in the corner didn't really fit when he was playing the part of a goofy babyface.

That wasn't really a Wasteland, though. Wasteland is supposed to be a "I'm putting all of my momentum into this" throw to the mat. It was more of a "Holy shit, I think I have a hernia" dropping to the mat.

Hulk Hogan in his heyday was the shining symbol of all that was right and good in the world...

My first time seeing Hogan was SVR 2006 I knew who he was but I never really watched him before and I was shocked with a part of his moveset basically being illegal moves.

Nikki currently reminds me of Eve (during her face run) in terms of her moveset. There's no real psychology to anything she does, she's just doing moves for the sake of doing moves. "I'll do a springboard roundhouse kick, now I'll work the arm and go for a submission with a cross armbar, now I'll do a swinging chinlock. My finish is a backbreaker btw." Whoever said that she's like a CAW is dead-on. As for moveset dissonance, Mark Henry has occasionally busted out a leapfrog body guillotine thing that, given his size, is goddamn terrifying. Nobody as big as he is should be able to throw themselves through the ropes like that. See: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhXDEKPMJiQ

I watched the 92 Rumble and the second he gets in he's immediately raking at the eyes of every heel in the match. The 95 War Games match he gets in the ring and throws powder in everyone's eyes. Hogan was a filthy cheater.

I love when people do moves you wouldn't expect. First time I saw Hugh Morrus/Bill Demott do a Moonsault I marked out like mad. While Nikki's moveset might be kind of random it's cool that she's trying things out. I see people complain about Cena's/Reigns four of five moves of doom and figure a diva trying to add something new to her arsenal should be appreciated.

I always thought Hogan raking eyes was weird though. As someone who grew up watching late 90's/early 2000's wrestling, it was always a rather heelish move, so seeing the biggest face at the time doing it threw me off.

Seth Rollins's corner Powerbomb strikes me as this. He is a small dude that uses a combo of speed and strikes to keep his larger enemies down, but then every once in a while he will just Powerbomb a dude into the turnbuckle even in spite of the fact that he could have challenged for the Cruiserweight title 10 years ago.
