Here's an excerpt from his kc guest booker. In 7 minutes, VKM's former right hand man, who worked for TNA for awhile explains, why the company will always fail. He says that WWE is a major university and TNA is a community college a bad community college, and that they don't follow a long term, plan that they changed directions based on the weekly ratings.
Sean makes a great analogy saying that he doesn't knows anything about burgers, but if he wanted to open a Burger company, he would hire the best people and let them run in, Bruce answers that yeah, but that owner could start acting like he knows the business and telling his chefs how to make burgers, and use cheaper kinds of meat.
It's definitely worth to check it out, it's not the full shoot, just a little excerpt.

It's a good point about the creative side and why TNA has failed/fallen short quite a bit, and it's also a mistake WWE makes at times too. The Dudleys said years ago that nowadays people are more worried about the fan with the television remote in their hand than the fan in the arena. You have to get the arena up before you can bring the tv up (this of course only applied to TNA after they started touring).
But there are a few things worth mentioning, 1)Bruce Pritchard had his own screw ups when it came to several TNA contracts. 2)After he was let go is when Dixie's parents stepped in and took more control of TNA.
But again, he makes good points and they're similar issues WCW had after the multiple mergers Turner made.

Is the whole shoot interview nothing but analogies?
Prichard: "TNA is like an egg. You can do so much with what's inside, but the shell that surrounds it is so incredibly thin and frail that one small fracture and everything that is inside comes oozing out and now all you got is a mess."

Yeah, I think that if other than a wrestling person runs a wrestling company, it may do well for a time, but at the end the money mark (or AOL merger) is gonna think they can run it and will fail.
Someone once here, made a good point about why Vince hired Bischoff even if they were enemies, it was because as a wrestling promoter, VKM's heart warms up to people that experience what he has to go through, the level of stress. He hired Bill fn Watts to run his company for a while, Bill is a difficult person to have around, he also hired Jerry Jarrett, and it was said that the two even had a good relationship, even when Jerry was working with TNA, a russian millionaire was gonna buy TNA from the Carters, he asked them if they could hire the future Vladimir Kozlov, Jerry was on board but Jeff wasn't, so in order to appease the russians Jerry pitched the guy to John Laurinaitis, who told them to go to the WWE headquarters, Jerry said that he couldn't go because of him being part of TNA, some time later VKM calls him personally and tells him that he wanted to see him, that they haven't talk to each other in awhile.
Also Paul Heyman, he caused VKM several headaches, they fought over everything, but Vince still loves the guy.
I think that the only people VKM has any contempt with are the money marks, like Ted Turner and Dixie, looking down on his business, and think that only by throwing their money in they're gonna suceed.

I watched Nova's shoot recently and the only guys he buried were Michael Hayes and Bruce Prichard. Said he respected Prichard's work in the business but that in management capacity he treated people poorly and was basically just the McMahon's lapdog, and was not surprised at all that his TNA stint was so short.

STOP IT GUYS! All these food analogies are making Samoa Joe hungry. TNA is like Samoa Joe, at first you have a lean well managed and sustainable company, but then Joe sees Tommy Dreamer closing in and eats all of the analogies used to feed the staff. Wait...

TNA is like Godsmack. Sure, you thought they were gonna be something cool and unique when they first arrived, but over ten years later it's the same damn generic dreck over and over and over again which only makes you mad at yourself for thinking it was gonna be different this time.

Wow, Bruce and Sean Oliver really drove that analogy into the ground. By the end there I wasn't sure if the meat meant the talent, the creative team, or whatever.

Lol I f***ing love fan, ok I disagree with stuff that Bruce has done, like talking shit about tna and how he talked to Chris Daniels as if he was a jabroni. But all jokes aside he does make a good point, like ratings shouldn't dictate the way you do business, VKM is successful because he has a long term plan, you don't reach higher ratings overnight, it is a long process. I think that Dixie should stay out of the f***ing kitchen. All those talks about hamburgers are making me hungry, can't eat them because of my strict diet. Now I'm hungry and angry. f*** you tna everything's your fault.
