I went in and fixed what I needed to with WSX, just the gimmicks and contracts. I left the TV slot empty, since I'm pretty sure MTV will put me on the air if I send a tape. So once the game loads, I'll just have to go back and hire the people I named off last night, then start my feuds. Gonna stick with the PPV on the 30th, so I can hopefully go right into my weekly show.
I also added in Youth Suicide, since he's not listed anywhere in the database. So we'll see how this goes.

And here's the roster breakdown:
Main Event: Vampiro, New Jack, Youth Suicide(faces), 6-Pac(tweener) Upper Midcard: Kaos, Aguilera, Evans, Cabana(faces), Banderas, Kash, Sydal(heels) Midcard: Generico, M-Dogg, Ruckus, Hart, Grimes(faces), Lenny Lane(tweener), Al Katrazz, Ryan, Kingston, Yoshino, Terkay(heels) Lower Midcard: Cannon, Jacobs, El Hombre(faces), Delirious(tweener), Delikado, Horiguchi, PAC, Disco Machine, Sky, Hawx(heels) Openers: Slymm, Tornado, Black(faces), Koslov, Joker, Sabian, Nate Webb, Raymond, Knuckles, Cholo(heels) Jobbers: El Mongol(heel) Managers: Lacey, Nic Grimes, Ms. Chif(faces), Sakoda, Lizzy Valentine, Johnny Webb, Jade Chung, El Jefe, Prince Nana, Chrissy Rivera(heels) Non-Wrestlers: Fabian Kaelin(tweener), Mr. Vander Pyle(heel)
I still need to figure out who to pair up with Delirious in place of Super Dragon. And I need to make a decision on whether or not to bring in Nigel.

Hmm... maybe. I was thinking Aries, but he was in TNA at the time IRL, and won't sign with me anyway. I think I'll go with Hallowicked.

OK, I'm loving this tag roster. Just for the teams I kept active:
Luke and Al Katrazz Do It For Her Los Pochos Guapos Team Dragon Gate The Filth and the Fury That 70's Team Keepin' It Gangsta Grimes and Cannon Trailer Park Boyz The Cartel
And then, with the new hires:
Cape Fear(Generico and El Hombre/Quicksilver) Joker and Kingston(among the other iterations of BLCK OUT I've opted not to use yet) Incoherence(thanks, Hayden!)
And another team I think will do well:
Audacity in Arrogance(Kid Kash and PAC)
Dis gun be gud.

Well, Shimmer fizzled out. I was able to get on HDNet, but the open contracts drained my account even with the sponsorship money.
Moral of the story: women were vastly underrated until about last year or so. Some of those stats would shock you.
I've yet to really get into WWE. I've got it all set up, it's a matter of actually booking the shows. Survivor Series is coming up, so I'll probably do the Team Authority vs. Team Popular Face. I'm going with current WWE storylines before branching out into my own.
But this challenge is a bit fun. So, another year, another promotion?

As an update: this ROH game is pretty damn fun. I'll probably make it a diary like M's WSX, but let me just say it's been a blast.

Actually, the WSX thing I'm doing in the other thread isn't EWR. I will do that, but the booking I'm doing is too intricate and complex for an EWR game. Thing that frustrates me about EWR is the randomness of it at times. What you think is a good idea turns out not to be by the game's standards. And with no warning, a key player you were building around goes down with an injury or an addiction and then you have to rebuild. I enjoy it, but I can't do MY kind of fantasy booking with it. That being said, it might be time to look at it again, after I get done finding a movie to watch during my day of hell tomorrow...

So for no reason, I started a game with JCW from April 2001. I'm a month in and I get this e-mail: A new promotion, League Against The McMahon Family, has opened. Well then.
