Cena says... But WWE 'history' will say it was Orton.

That's because they haven't figured out a way to book Cena vs Every Audience yet.

Cena wins the first match, Cena loses the second after an incredibly screwy finish that makes both men look horrible, and Cena wins the rubber match decisively. Ambrose then goes on to feud with Darren Young or Kofi Kingston and is eventually left off PPV cards altogether.

Good God, no. Keep any of the upcoming talent away from Cena.

I'm sure the John Cena/Sami Zayn feud will turn Zayn into a bonafide star.

No mortal has the foresight to predict such things involving Cena.

Cena is quite the odd shaped man isn't he. I mean, clothing that isn't two sizes to big would help but still.

Too late to build up a guy as Cena's rival.
They should have done it a long time ago

When I think Cena's rival, Edge is still usually the first name that I think of

There are a few guys he's gone up against a lot of times, Orton, Edge, Lesnar etc...but no one specific arch enemy, and that's something he's needed. A superhero needs a supervillain. The one guy who never goes away and knows how to get to Cena and mess with his mind, sometimes in direct confrontation, and sometimes working behind the scenes conspiring against him.

While Id like to think Edge, the fact is Edge's career just didnt last long enough to really cement it. When all is said and done, it'll be Orton.
