I'm 39 and have been bitching about this without actually watching it.
I became a fan in 86 and frankly, aside from the attitude era stuff (when I'm in the mood) I mainly want to see stuff pre 1991.
I know the ppvs are there, but from looking at the schedule, it seems aimed at the modern audience-repeats of Total Divas and Legends House, countdowns and shit like that.
It's a piss off to me-maybe Im extremely picky, but don't call me cheap if I don't want to pay 9.99 for something that's about 80% of shit I don't care about.
If they threw up as much as they could and brought back Prime Time, and the WCW show from WTBS, I'd be more inclined to pay the price, but not in it's current state with a schedule that looks like shit to me.
I'd love a series that does years in review as opposed to a countdown on ring gear and Hornswaggle's greatest moments.
I'm just not a fan of the current product and really haven't been since the turn of the century that much

They've claimed it's better than Netflix, but it's not. One of the big reasons is the handling of TV shows. Netflix would never stop uploading episodes of a show with no notice of it is ever coming back. But that's what's happened with World Class. I loved following all the episodes and now it's just over. And I can't follow the Monday Night War either since Nitros through 96 are up, but Raw stops at mid 95.
Instead of just pushing 9.99, they could be pushing how you can binge watch all the shows and PPVs in order to follow the old storylines. But you can only do it for so long before the shows stop.

What's also holding it back is the fact a four-hour Bobby Heenan tribute show is missing.

I'm just not a fan of the current product and really haven't been since the turn of the century that much I never watch the live stream. the schedule is pretty shit. But there's plenty that would probably appeal to you on the On Demand. there are quite a few house shows from the 70s and 80s, every single SNME, episodes of WCCW plus all the WCW and WWF PPV's from that era. there's also the Legends Of Wrestling panel show that has alot of episodes about 80's subjects. As for the modern stuff NXT is a great show, completely different to the main roster product, it's kind of like a hybrid of the 80s style studio shows with a modern in ring style.

I want the ECW on TNN episodes.
Also, auto resume. People have been saying this for months. For example, it can remember where I left off on the Nitro's and auto resume the next time I want to play Nitro. Would be SUCH a handy feature. Netflix it works a charms with. Why WWE didn't use it, is mental if you ask me. I'm getting sick of saying this and hearing other people say it as well.

They should have PPV days. Like have WM 6 of an evening and all day play Superstars and Challenge episodes in the weeks leading up to it until they show the event itself that evening at 7pm so if you want to you could really submerge yourself into the product at the time rather than jumping in cold having to go from memory what the stories behind each match were.

Because WWE sucks right now so I don't care about watching the PPVs and, up here in Canada, it's just a channel playing the live feed so I can't access any of the old shows they have on. But realistically, I haven't even really bothered watching RAW the last three or four months because of what garbage it's been, why would I spend $9.99 $11.99 on more? f***, their obnoxious, arrogant promotion of the network makes me not want to give a dime to the company.
WWE believe all their carny hyperbole and bullshit and, thus, it's their own damn fault this thing is failing and they deserve it.

Too little content, either original programming, or stuff from their vault like Prime Time or Superstars.

As soon as they introduce an instructional dance hour with Fandango as well as a road trip show with Dusty Rhodes and Iron Sheik, the numbers will skyrocket. The expectations were just unrealistic. It has performed quite well. Outside of the PPVs it's really only got nostalgia going for it and that's just not enough to appeal to a larger base than they've achieved.
