#ThanksCena
Harper will probably do well and reportedly has a lot of supporters but this just pisses me off. I haven't been so hyped for someone like I was for Bray and crew in ages. Hell, WWE had something special in the Wyatt Family but the moron in charge wasted it by sacrificing it all to the Alter of the Almighty Cena, same I fear for Dean Ambrose.
For those that didn't see RAW: They aired some vignettes with Bray and Luke, where Bray talked about finding Luke broken and rebuilding him. Bray goes on to talk about letting Harper go into our world as the wolf among lambs. Luke would talk about Bray finding and fixing him, now releasing him to go out into the world to find his way and he was going to hurt people.

Pretty much. As much as people think the "IWC" blows the Cena hatred out of proportion, there is so much evidence that his mere presence just f***s over up-and-coming talent. It happens annually. The guy has to turn heel or go away. As long as he's part of the show as a babyface, he's going to derail everyone.

Hell, WWE had something special in the Wyatt Family but the moron in charge wasted it by sacrificing it all to the Alter of the Almighty Cena, same I fear for Dean Ambrose. The Wyatt Family had a very old school traditional feel to it. One of the main things I loved about the gimmick was how unique, atmospheric, and in a sense realistic because there are a lot of brainwashed insane individuals with cult like mentalities out there. Seeing them literally lose all their heat in one night against Cena, losing to the Uso's, and being booked as if none of them had any clue on how to be organized or threatening made me lose more faith in the WWE. Vince wonders why fans are tuning out and moving on? Because of the crap he pulled with Ziggler, Sandow, Bray, and I am fearing for both Rollins and Ambrose now.

As far as the WWE is concerned, they will have no future if this keeps up.

Instead of destroying heels he'd destroy up and coming faces in the process.

So, what happens to Rowan now? Lost to midcard hell?

I think they'll still be good but Harper is going the singles route for a bit. They'll still be connected. I imagine Bray will enter a big angle soon too. I'm not sure what will happen with Rowan though. That's the biggest thing. They also could have really done a lot with the Wyatts as a group. Give them all belts, have them take over as the head of the company similar to NWO or something in which the Authority can't even do shit.
A lot was left on the table.

So, what happens to Rowan now? Lost to midcard hell? Probably start getting built up like Rusev is now, only to be fed to Cena/Roman/Bryan down the line. I'd love it if they built it up to Bray being the one but I have a better chance of pinning Brock than that happening.

Instead of destroying heels he'd destroy up and coming faces in the process. No, because as a heel the announcers would stop making him out to be the second coming, and he'd be opposing top faces rather than stealing their feuds and spotlight. In 2011 if Cena were gone/heel, Punk would have been able to become the top guy. 2012, it could have been Ryback. This year it looks like he's set to derail Dean Ambrose by hijacking his feud with Seth Rollins.

I will say that when he was endorsing Dean Ambrose, it was almost like the kiss of death.

I vastly prefer Harper over Bray and Rowan anyway so I'm okay with this. Though it still feels really awkward and forced, why are we supposed to buy him as a threat when he's been getting squashed for months and only been off TV for a week?

Splitting the Wyatts?
If the main WWE writers ever get their hands on NXT, I'll be back to not caring about WWE.
Things seemed so promising at Wrestlemania. I think the way Cesaro's career turned out this year sums up WWE 2014 pretty well.

They aired a video package with what appears to be the focus on Harper on his own

They just keep giving me reasons not to watch. So, because I wasn't watching, how did the split happen?

They're not actually splitting the Family up, they're just gonna' be focusing on Harper as a singles guy. If the Wyatts were breaking up then Bray wouldn't have done the majority of the talking in the promo vid.

If the main WWE writers ever get their hands on NXT, I'll be back to not caring about WWE. As much as I can agree with that sentiment, it would be kinda funny if they started having John randomly turn up on NXT just to gum up the creative works and go over up and comers just trying to develop their skills for no reason. "You can't not see me, I'm on every show..."
