This is what the third show Chicago got this year? It seems like they get a show once every four months

They're one of the company's best audiences and they always support so yeah they'll get a lot of shows.

I'd rather Chicago get twelve a year before those silent sit-on-their-hands crowds get any.

Chicago gets about four shows a year on average. It used to be once every 6-8 weeks for house shows back in the pre-RAW era. I used to always go to those. They were usually on Saturday nights and the occasional Sunday matinee. And they never did any tapings for their syndicated stuff so no jobbers and very rarely any squash matches.

It seems to me like a 2014 thing. We generally only get 1 show a year in San Antonio, but this year we got the Raw 2 weeks before Mania, a house show very close to the date of Summerslam, and the go-home Raw for Hell in a Cell coming up. WWE seems to be playing up their favorite crowds this year, rather than hitting up more places.

Nevermind, I just remembered that Chicago's always gotten crazy love.

VKM turns up hearing aid: "Are they chanting CM Punk? Those Chicago ingrates: cancel all our future shows there!"
HHH looks at gate receipt report from Chicago shows: "No, pops, they're chanting 'We Love Vince.' It's a tribute to you."
VKM: "Well bless their hearts. Let's add a few more Chicago dates to the schedule."
HHH: "Whatever you say, sir."

I think they're a lot of loyalty there. Chicago wrestling his ties to WWE going back to the pre-NWA split days when Fred Kohler and Vincent J McMahon would share talent. Plus it's always a hot crowd in a major market.

They also get a PPV every year. Even NYC doesn't get that treatment

St. Louis will have three shows this year. They did a House Show, a Raw, and The Survivor Series in Nov. I am surprised however that NY doesn't have that being that there "home turf".

Hot towns should get more shows. I'd rather they worked smaller markets with disinterested crowds as few times as they could get away with.

What is WWE thinking, taking their show as many times as possible to a place that is guranteed to make them a lot of money and provide a great atmosphere?!?!

Raw should be in the UK every week if they want the best possible crowd.

Raw should be in the UK every week if they want the best possible crowd. Of course it's not the only consideration, you have to strategically tap markets to avoid burnout/pique interest but big shows in big markets shouldn't surprise anyone.

Raw should be in the UK every week if they want the best possible crowd. They'd burn the crowds out in about 2 months. There's like 20 arenas in the whole of the UK, some of which are far too small for WWE TV, not to mention they're not even spread out that much as the biggest cities like London, Manchester and Birmingham have more than one arena
