Just a quick one, one that occurred to me as I watched the Monday Night Wars...did ECW ever have a steel cage match?
I can't say as if I ever heard of one.

Cool. Thanks. I've probably seen that clip before but it escaped my memory. Did they have many cage matches?

I can remember one on my old Pioneer VHS' that I think had the Gangstas, the Eliminators and the Dudley Boys. I can't remember the exact match right now. New Jack just came in at the end with a trashcan so maybe the Gangstas weren't in it. But it was definitely a steel cage match. Natural Born Killars was playing the whole time he was out there and it was awesome.

There's been a handful of them. One show had a cage match with Rocco Rock, Johnny Grunge and Mikey Whipwreck against Sandman, New Jack and 2 Cold Scorpio who filled in for Mustafa Saed. Rocco Rock ended up going through four tables with 2 Cold Scorpio off the top of the cage. The show didn't have a name at the time but it was later called Gangsta's Paradise when it was released on VHS. It took place 9/16/95 in Philadelphia at the ECW Arena.

A bunch of them really...Luna Vachon Vs Stevie Richards was in a cage. Rob Van Dam, Sabu and Jerry Lawler vs Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman and Rick Rude was a cage match. A few tag team matches. A few big blow off matches...and the most famous ECW cage moment...

Yeah original ECW had a lot of them, my question is why or how did J.T. Smith and Tracey Smothers wind up in the FBI

I know the eliminators were involved in one where perry saturn was in a leg cast or brace and did an elbow drop off of the cage.

When I was younger watching ECW, I hated the FBI. Now, watching it on the Network, seeing Tracy Smothers dance and do flip you off with the chin thing(I dunno what to call it?) constantly for no rhyme or reason is the best part of the shows.
