I'm trying to explain to one of my friends how ridiculous it looked during the steroid era when you had wrestlers like the Iron Sheik and British Bulldog with what looked like beer guts with a six-pack inexplicably on top of them. It's pretty obvious why the bodybuilder slang for HGH is "Huge Gut Hormone". Any wrestlers from this time period that I'm forgetting?

Kevin Sullivan.  That's how he looked in the 70s. Even towards the end of his 90s WCW run, you could tell he was still working out and had muscle, but his midsection made him look pudgy and unmuscular, which he certainly was not regarding the latter. |
