Wonder who they'll bring in for season 2. With Speedball Bailey now working for AAA, I'd love to see him in Lucha Underground.

Heavily thanking the wrestling Aztec gods here. Fixed for ya I'm so excited! I don't even care if they don't return to LA, season 2 will be amazing Konnan and Rey were at BOLA this year, so I'm hoping for more PWG guys next year. I can see Mike Bailey, Andrew Everett, and maybe a UK guy (Tommy End? Party Marty?) making a trip to the temple. Whoever they bring in, I put enough faith in them to know they'll be much over than they were before Just looking at the roster, so many guys upped their stock from before they joined to after it ended. The only one that might have lost some cred was Hernandez and that was TNA's fault more than anything

Someone suggested Rey Mysterio as an older "mentor" for the tecnico wrestlers a while back, and I would not be against that.

Took them awhile to announce it, but glad to see that its coming back. The best surprise of the past year won't just be a one hit wonder.
Someone mentioned Victoria being Marty's sister and I'd think she'd fit in considering she started off as psychotic.
And considering Drago, AeroStar, and Fenix won KOT, I wonder if guys from CHIKARA might show up at The Temple. Maybe it was a deal between AAA and CHIKARA, they win the tournament and in exchange guys from CHIKARA can be on Lucha Underground.

Only guys I can see working in Lucha Underground from CHIKARA are Hallowicked & Frightmare. Maybe The Batiri as well.

I hope they got a deal with Univision as alot have said that it would be a game changer if they got it.
Either way there are not enough gifs to express the sheer marking out! the best wrestling product is coming back.

I'm hoping they can get a womens division going that can compare to WWE. They have Black Lotus, Catrina, Ivelisse. They can bring in Candice LeRae, Cheerleader Melissa (Saw her work a dark match before a taping), Kimber Lee, Havok (If they want to take the risk), Sage Sin (She'd be perfect in LU). Utilize the SoCal indie women to their advantage

Felt the title needed updating.
Man, my Wednesdays have been missing Dario and the Gang. I cannot wait.

We wouldn't have gotten The Dysfunctional Trio if they had limited females to fighting one another and Havoc, Angelico, and Ivelisse become one of the highlights of LU each week.

I originally thought that based on reports but after watching the finale, I wonder if it wasn't more as a "Will LU continue?" thing. Plus Rey is damned expensive.

Exactly no need for a womens division because LU does it differently they allow their women to partake in everything and do not limit them to simply wrestling other women , like stated it is a huge reason why Iveleese became as awesome as she did because at first she relegated to a romance angle but then LU realized people were't buyg into it and thus started having her mix it up with the guys.
