Newcastle United when it comes to anything important. Saracens Rugby of late has had some major chokes How can we choke when we never get in a position to win anything in the first place? There was the 96 season which I will wholeheartedly accept (damn you Tino) but apart from that it was three cup finals over fourty five years which we went into as major outsiders every time.

I'll also go with Peyton. The only championship he has won is because the other team was starting Rex F'ing Grossman. Yeah, it's not like he got past Mr Super Duper Awesome Golden Boy Brady to get to that Superbowl.

I hope this ends soon because it does break my heart too post it but really it's true until they win it. My favorite Hockey Team the St. Louis Blues.
The idea that this team has not had one Stanley Cup with all the appearances they had in the playoffs. It was every season just about in the 90s up to the second most recent lockout. They came back in a rebuild years. Now there back making the playoffs but can't get over the hump.
This is a team that been favorite several times. Won the Presidents cup but still Stanley Cup in there case. No I always believe it will end and we get it but it should have happened a long time ago.

Boom! Bringing back a five year old thread, baby.
I just happen to see this, and thought it would be fun to see how some teams have finally one the big one or who have become new chokers.
The Cubs, Clemson, and the Blues have all been champs. Tiger Woods won again.
The Dodgers can't get it done in the World Series. Obviously, the Falcons not only shit the bed in the Super Bowl, but they shit an entire mattress factory.
We can say Andy Reid continues to be, well...Andy Reid.
Who else has shed the choker title and who has picked it up?

Jurgen Klopp had a reputation as choking in finals (even though he had actually won a final with Dortmund that people forget). And then one glorious night a few weeks back, he finally shed that tag and made it six!

If people are going to bring up Peyton Manning then they should also put blame on his "idiot kicker" Mike Vanderjagt.
Any Alabama kicker who has played under Nick Saban.
With all the talent that John Calipari has had he was one NCAA Championship to show for it.

After winning a ring in 2010, Aaron Rodgers hasn't done shit in the postseason.
Yeah, they go a couple rounds, but for being one of the best QBs in the league, he doesn't have much to show for it.

I think I have sports related post traumatic stress from how often the Bills gave away a lead or choked away a game.
Seriously, to this day I still feel like whenever this team has a big moment, there will be some grave consequence afterward.
I couldn't care less if the Bills are a laughingstock, though, they're my hometown team and I'll be a fan until the day I die. (God help me.)

The Redskins if they have a winning record through the first 8 weeks of the season. We've been 7-1, 6-2, even 6-3 through 9 weeks before and miss the playoffs.
Recently and I'm just talking recently with the amount of talent they get and I might in the minority in this, but Duke.

Yeah, there's a sneaky element of fraud with him. Now, if we're being 100% fair, it is absolutely not all on him. But he's had some chances to carry them and hasn't. There's also the issue with him being hurt, and sometimes "hurt". Kinda feels like when things are going south, we suddenly find out he's battling something
