The Redskins if they have a winning record through the first 8 weeks of the season. We've been 7-1, 6-2, even 6-3 through 9 weeks before and miss the playoffs. Recently and I'm just talking recently with the amount of talent they get and I might in the minority in this, but Duke. If not for Butler’s missed buzzer beater in 2010 and Kentucky losing in the National Semis in 2015, Duke could be in a long Championship drought. I’ve never seen Coach K have so much talent in Durham and not even get a Final Four appearance out of them. Number one recruiting classes the past four years and didn’t even get to the Final Four. Oh and I’m a Skins fan too and last season was maddening. Only our Skins could lose our top two QBs to broken legs in just three weeks time.

Steph Curry has now twice choked on a game-deciding shot in the 4th at the championships Steph is not great when the chips are down. He actually does pretty well in the Finals, too. But like when the Rockets had them down or the Thunder had them down in the West and they needed a big shot, it usually came from Klay. Klay is like the Tony Parker of the Warriors. He's not the best player, but he's easily the most clutch. Parker always seemed like when the game was on the line, his shot was going in. Klay has a lot of that. Curry does not.

GSW is a lot like 'Lob City' era clippers. No one had really seen that strategy before and for a good while no one could defend it, they were on top. Eventually, teams figured it out and now the clippers are another face in the crowds. I see the same trend with GSW more and more teams are starting to better defend their 3 point centric offense. Granted it's still a shooters league, O think we might see a change in that this season.

Granted it's still a shooters league, O think we might see a change in that this season. I wouldn't go that far. The Clippers just liked to run, they weren't groundbreaking in any way. GS was a groundbreaking and record-breaking dynasty. Their real problem is that their depth disappeared and Draymond got less efficient on offense. They were great and deep when they were beating Cleveland the first couple times. Now Klay has an ACL, Steph is 31, KD is gone, Iguodala was done before he left and is gone now, Livingston isn't the same, their depth shooters suck, and good luck building through the draft when you're always picking last. I don't think at all it is a case of the league adjusting, but GS has just come back to earth. GS is now in the post-Shaq Lakers era where they're still dangerous but they're not unbeatable.

It's a crock of shit to call Peyton Manning a choke artist when the dude won 2 Super Bowls. And went to two others. With two different teams. Plus his stats. Dude is definitely one of the G.O.A.T.
