Bundy in 1995 didn't feel right then and still doesn't feel right now. As a kid, I knew Bundy from the tapes during his first run. When he returned, he looked older and made this weird scowl on his face so often that part of me thought it was different guy.

Hakushi/Jinsei Shinzaki. Not only did an authentic Japanese wrestler seem out of place in the WWF in the mid-90s, but it was especially unusual for the WWF to give him something of a push. Shinzaki was a great wrestler, but McMahon is certainly not known for promoting Japanese wrestlers with any kind of dignity. Yokozuna doesn't count since he was only Japanese by gimmick.

Damien DeMento was always weird to me, because he had the gimmick and presentation of a guy that they wanted to do something with...but he just turned out to be one step up from a jobber. Y-You'd better listen to this, and you'd best listen clearly. You don't call a wrestler a jobber.

Taz never fit in the WWF. "Wait...he's short? But, he's not a high-flyer? He knoww...judo? How the f*** do we work with that!?" His debut match against Kurt Angle was pretty good, but how many other guys (Besides Austin, Regal, and the Radicalz) could compliment Taz's solid wrestling skills (thus taking away attention from his size) by engaging in highly technical matches with him?

Rock n' Roll Express in WWF, 1998 - Were just jobbers for the New Midnight Express, came out to the old Rockers theme, who were arguably RnR knockoffs.
Dan Severn in WWF, again, 1998 - Just did not fit, sure they had other MMA inspired gimmicks like Shamrock and Blackman, Severn lacked personality and had a slower, methodical style that did not fit.
Tatanka on Smackdown, 2005 - Again, really out of place and random, he was fairly over for a while, and they turned him heel, it never took off. (I will say Tatanka's heel theme in 2006 was pretty badass though).
Animal on Smackdown, 2005 - Basically the same as Tatanka, failed heel turn and all, and Heidenreich was no Hawk.

When he returned, he looked older and made this weird scowl on his face so often that part of me thought it was different guy. This sounds crazy, but what messed Bundy '95 up for me was his eyebrows. Bundy looked weird and menacing when he was a hairless blob in a black singlet. When he grew in his eyebrows he just looked more like a school bus driver or the guy who wins the pie eating contest every year at the county fair.

What about D'Lo Brown in 2008? Didn't that seem odd to you?

Should though. Infinitely better than FANers. I still say FANs should be known as the Fappers. Think of all the publicity we gould have gotten when the Fappening happened? But no, this name simply refuses to catch on. As for the topic at hand there used to be this short YouTube clip of a jobber match where this out of shape guy gets tagged in and Vince McMahon on commentary (as a face) says, "That's the biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen," but alas it has been taken down. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9C6S9CvWvjo

...who the hell else besides Orndorff and Warrior were big muscle men? I'm seriously just realizing this now. I feel like we've all been force fed this idea that Hogan had nothing but monsters fed to him in the 80's but as far as big feuds and matches go, I'm not seeing it. Hogan had extended programs with Hercules, Beefcake, Muraco, Patera and Ventura as well. On the monsters side, he was programmed with Andre, Studd, OMG, Kamala, Bundy, Killer Khan, Sika

It wasn't until I watched his shoot that I realized it was the eyebrows.

Jericho, Benoit, Eddie, Dean Malenko, X-Pac. The roster in 2000 could go.

Rock and Roll Express in 97/98 during Cornette's NWA invasion thing. Had no idea they were legendary since I was 7/8 at the time. But when I got older and found out that they were a big deal, its kinda weird they were brought in for a shit angle and then disappear That was sad. They looked so old and worn out by then. And their look hadn't been updated since the 80's. They were both flabby and out of shape

Barry Windham in WWF in 1996 seems very odd in retrospect. I'm not sure how long he stuck around for but I remember the last time I saw him in WWF was 1998 feuding with Bradshaw.

El Hijo del Santo and Negro Casas signing on in the late nineties to appear on the Super Astros show is a weird one for me. Both are genuine Lucha Libre legends but their time in the WWF is barely acknowledged, let alone remembered.
