What was he thinking? he looked like a damn rapist. It was so weird, it was like unmasking Rey Mysterio.
The long hair really worked for him.

My favourite Punk look was that few months when he was on commentary. That was a great look for him.
I wasn't the biggest Punk fan in the world but I did like how he regularly changed his appearance to keep fresh. Unlike say Cena who has been exactly the same for years just with different coloured outfits. He's like the wrestling version of Malibu Stacy with New Hat.

How in the hell did he wrestle while keeping the hair slicked and neat :0 Probably used the same impenetrable pomade that Wade Barrett used when he debuted.

Men above a certain age with long hair just look ridiculous and generally kinda goofy. I cant see a guy north of 40 in a ponytail and not immediately thin midlife crisis. A heel looking creepy is advantageous.

How in the hell did he wrestle while keeping the hair slicked and neat :0 He kinda didn't. Anytime he was beat up and tossed outside of the ring he would slick his hair back himself....while selling his beatings at the same time which was pretty awkward. Most people always thought he was going bald but once he finally switched to different hairstyles it was obvious that his hairline was just fine. So I wonder why he had that awful look for such a long period of time.

How in the hell did he wrestle while keeping the hair slicked and neat :0 Probably used the same impenetrable pomade that Wade Barrett used when he debuted. Dude, Barrett's hair was the most perfect ever for months. No matter what happened, it just didn't shift. Then around the time the Corre broke up, it had gotten to long or he started using something else on it, because that shit was going all over the show. And then he got injured and stopped slicking it altogether. Such a shame.

It was a strange look for a babyface, slicked back hair always reminds me of a sleazy villain in a movie. Just goes to show Punk could make anything work, he could have looked like Lloyd Christmas and still be popular.

I thought it looked cool. I started slicking back my own hair, but then I realized that having wavy \hair doesn't lend well to the process. I'd have to use a shitload of goop to keep it in place, and it completely changed my appearance. It's something that I'd have to do all the time or go about life looking like 2 different people depending on if I cared to slick my hair back that day.

Slick back was in a year later. It still is just in a undercut style. Punk was ahead of the times in men hairstyling. Truly a trend setter in the world of fashion
