Yes, like WWE, Jimmy John's also has a non-compete clause: www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/10/right-wing-jimmy-johns-forbids-employees-from-making-competitors-sandwiches-for-two-years/While I doubt Lesnar is directly employed by Jimmy Johns it is an amusing topic to think about. If he suddenly quit to pursue a career in the more lucrative field of promoting mega stores I figure this may come into play. After failing to make the cut as Walmart's new spokeman this could non-compete clause could prevent him from hyping Subway. Knowing Lesnar though he'd proably get around it by appearing for a foreign food chain like Panda Express (yeah I know that is actually American, but it's tough to think of a fast food equivalent of NJPW).

Yeah, and who's gonna be the brave soul that tells Brock Lesnar he can't make subs at Subway if he wants to?

Lesnar wiped his arse with WWE's non-compete clause. Jimmy Johns doesn't have a prayer.

Hahaha. It is a funny thought, but there is no way that such a clause is legally enforceable

Is Brock Lesnar even an employee of Jimmy Johns to begin with? He's not exactly at the level of delivery driver, so it's likely he didn't even sign a contract with said clause in it, and as other's have said, Brock is super-effective against no-compete clauses.

What a bunch of dicks. Let's be honest, if you're a sandwich maker at Jimmy Johns, you're not having an easy time finding work. And now they want to make it harder after you leave?

I went to Panda Express and ordered panda and they said they didn't sell panda, so I walked.

My employer there once tried to encourage me to go work at Panera (the move would of been an easier drive and more friends worked there), while working at Jimmy Johns. So no I've never ran into this problem in a year and a half of working there.

I don't get Jimmy John's. It's like a more expensive Subway with less options and zero room for customization. The only it seems to pride itself in as how fast it's employees churn the stuff out. Considering all they're doing is putting mayo on bread than slapping cold cuts in. It's not impressive.

Plus, the CEO needlessly hunts endangered big-game animals. That alone should put people off to the 'restaurant'.

Outside of as it relates to Lesnar I've seriously never heard of Jimmy Johns and know nothing about it.

Outside of as it relates to Lesnar I've seriously never heard of Jimmy Johns and know nothing about it. It's basically a testosterone-fueled Subway.

Maybe it be two years that Subway, Quizno, Penn Station, or whoever can sponsor him?
