YES Chant without Brie doing the yes taunt. Twice. Once when she was on the ground while the crowd was cheering her to get up. She actually got the chant thrice. This proves Daniel Bryan is more popular then both CM Punk and the Kansas City Royals in Kansas City. But seriously she was getting some good pops throughout the entire match. Including fans yelling Brie Mode before she even said it. The crowd didn't seem to be bored or smarky which is a refreshing change for a divas match.

That crowd was dead. They only cheered Cena and the royals. So I don't find it odd that they chanted Yes for Brie. Dumb but whatever. It is crowds like these that worry* me because knowing how this company works they will use this as an indicator that people just are not behind these new guys and that they want Cena.
*not really worried but I don't know what other word to use.

I went to the RAW in KC last time they had it and they only pop'd for Cena, Orton, and The Shield. So yeah sadly it is a dead crowd when WWE comes by. :l

It was not by any means a dead crowd if that crowd was dead then no crowd in history has ever been alive. I did not hear a single Cm Punk chant if it happened it was really small. The Royals chants were going to happen no matter who wrestled it is the most exciting thing in the world right now getting upset at people for chanting about it is just silly. Honestly the Crowd was really hot and loud great crowd in a great wrestling city. It is a shame that WWE is not coming again till March.
As for AJ her tweener persona is just not working she needs to go full heel.

I think AJ got stagnant maybe she should take a couple of months off, it's like Cornette said the fans can't miss you it you don't go away.
Kinda off topic but it would be hilarious if TJ got "Let's go Nattie" chants everytime he wrestled.

I think the big news here is that the Royals have done so well during a baseball season that they're getting a chant. But seriously, that other part of the story sounds really good for Brie. The crowd give a shit enough about her that she gets the chants at all.

At the risk of sounding insensitive, I want Brie to fail. Not get hurt or anything like that, but for the fans to either totally ignore her or turn on her outright.
There's something so patently unfair about someone who is such a bad performer constantly getting TV time, getting matches, getting stories, when there's (A) Better, more experienced wrestlers who get less, and (B) Younger, more talented wrestlers with a bigger upside. She's had over six years to improve; to learn how to cut promos and wrestle good matches, and she's horrendous at the first one and only average at the second one.
Many people may want to point out that lots of younger fans and girls like Brie. Do note: if they halted her push tomorrow and pushed...say...Eva Marie instead, most of these people would then immediately cheer Eva Marie and not really care about what happened to Brie. They could do the same for Naomi, or Summer, or anyone else, as long as they attach a little drama to their character.

Brie has been over for a while, if she is over thanks to bryan in the end doesnt matter, she is getting a reaction by asociation when in the past others had failed in the end.
One thing isnt liking the bella angle since is cheesy and has some bad writing, but other enterily different is that nobody is liking the angle, at least here at the fan it seems that lots of the users are sufferinf of selective hearing

actually there was a couple of "let's go AJ" chants when alicia had her in the headlock. first time i can remember hearing that. cm punk chants seemed more muted than they usually are. wwe folk should be happy though-after seems like a year of pushing "cheer for brie cause she's with daniel bryan" it's finally starting to have an effect the last month or so.
my big question is what if the bellas knock each other out during their match and fall to the mat by side andach just happens to hve an arm fall over the other. would they both become each other's servants at the same time? will brie get the even hours and nikki the odds?(cause cena)or will the score be finally settled the next night on RAW!

The crowd won't mindless flock to someone new and abandon their faves when someone else get the big push. Kelly Kelly got the loudest cheers when she was around and they didn't build the division around her most of the time. Meanwhile, ladies like Melina & Alicia Fox got big pushes and received apathy from most crowds. You can never tell who the crowd will root for. Wrestling ability and promo skills got nothing to do with it.

Wrestling ability and promo skills got nothing to do with it. Alicia Fox never got a big push. Alicia was used as a transitional champ for Melina, who was in turn used as a transitional champ for Michelle McCool. Now Michelle got apathy, but she was pushed as a face when there were more popular divas elsewhere (there were also no storylines for her to do, unlike what current divas have with Total Divas), and by the time she became good enough to not be a crowd vacuum, she was booked as a boring heel. Melina was certainly no Team XTreme-era Lita in terms of crowd reaction, but after her face turn she consistently got cheered until she got canned, even after going heel, and was from that point on definitely one of the more popular divas. Here's the thing about Kelly: she got good entrance pops, but crowds sat on their hands when she wrestled because she was that bad. Brie isn't bad. She won't kill a crowd because of her wrestling. Still, it feels so cheap. Brie's just good enough to not be derided for sucking, and has been given an eternal boon by virtue of being Bryan's wife. Right now, with the divas, the crowds are fairly fickle. Lots of the young people and girls on social media and in the crowds liked Kelly. She left. Then it became all about AJ (and a lesser extent: Kaitlyn). Now it's the Bellas, and even Eva Marie to a certain extent. The face divas that get the spotlight are the ones who this segment of the crowd likes. They'd be fine with just about anyone.

I sure don't want her to be fired or something--I've said before that I think the Bellas are best suited as mid-level divas. Getting a whiff of the title now and again but not really running with the division. There's better people available for that (if they'd bother to utilize them, anyway). It's not anything I personally have against her. My opinion is just a necessity borne out of WWE's insistence to moon-push any diva who has "improved" as if going from being bad to average makes them fundamentally superior to someone else who was good to great when they were signed.

It was the lack of crowd reactions that led to McCool getting the belt. Melina was cheered but those cheers started to dry up long before she turned heel and got fired. It was mainly her doing the splits and later adding a kiss before her finisher. The crowd reacted to Kelly during and after her matches. Folks downplay it because she was a model diva instead of a "real woman wrestler". If family connections means cheers, why Nattie struggles to get reactions unless in Canada? Stephanie McMahon's heel greatness and Brie's war with her are what got people behind Brie, not who she is f***ing. Notice the cheers only got loud and consist after she went full on with her beef with Steph. Again, a big spotlight doesn't guarantee the crowd giving a damn. If so, why the crowd reacted to the Total Divas stable with apathy for over a year?

This thread title is kind of misleading. All chants in that match were fairly faint, including the few chants for AJ.
Bad show. Bad crowd.
