What the hell?? Of all people, Kane should have taken the fall in this match. There was no reason he shouldn't have, he has NOTHING going on, and the other four do, and clearly, pinning any of them would take momentum from them going into the PPV, let alone a CLEAN pin, and that turned out to be Ambrose... why? Because WWE hates you that's why...
Even when Kane doesn't do anything lately, he fails at his job...

But, I thought we WANTED more clean finishes! I mean, isn't this WHY they do DQ finishes all the time in the main event now, so nobody has to get pinned and "have their heat killed" because they dared get knocked out for three seconds?

Yeah, I don't mind a clean finish, but to me this was terrible booking. Kane should have been pinned by Ambrose, who then gets RKO'd by Randy, who then gets Curb Stomped by Rollins
Everything turns out the same, except Dean isn't hurt by the idiocy of the result...

I just see it as more proof that he'll get his win on Sunday, if the Reverse Momentum Theory is in full effect.

Kane was part of the winning team. How could he have been pinned?

Dean will be fine. I was more annoyed with the whole match in general. I didn't want for Seth and Dean to peacefully wrestle in a street fight but they did.

After his abortion of a segment with the dummy and Foley saying he can only beat Seth in the Cell because Seth's better... not the best night for Dean.

Does anyone seriously care who takes the pin? It all seems incredibly insignificant to me.

Everything turns out the same, except Dean isn't hurt by the idiocy of the result... How does Ambrose look weak losing when he's on the short end of a Handicap Match? Having the heels go into the PPV looking strong makes for better drama; if Cena and Ambrose had won, it leads to the idea that "Well, they won when the odds were stacked against them, so they shouldn't have any trouble winning when the odds are even, right?" That's how they killed all the heat for Cena/Rock vs Miz/Truth a few years ago, because the week before the PPV Cena took out both of them by himself, and the two of them looked like jokes before the big match even happened.

It was to put Orton in position to eat some curb, and Kane shouldn't even be pinning mittens to his kids jacket at this point in his career.

I'm sure Dean Ambrose's popularity took a hit with that pin. Seriously people complain when Cena never takes the fall in matches but when a top babyface like Dean loses in a clusterf*** match it's hurting him too much.

I honestly thought he meant because Seth will always have The Authority to save him for Dean. Which made sense to me because The hell in a cell match is meant to keep these two dudes inside and keep everyone else out.

We're really complaining about a main event match ending in something other than a DQ?

Are you saying.... that people put their own personal biases first when assessing a situation? Speak no more, sir! Speak no more!

All the complaining on here about everything made me remember why I dont like reading wrestling forums anymore. As a major Dean mark, I can say this did not hurt him, because right before taking an RKO(outta nowhere!) he was absolutely cleaning house.

He was talking historically when they were in The Shield, such a backhanded way totalk both guys up.

I really don't get this place sometimes. Foley puts over both men in the best promo he's cut since probably the Orton feud and the main event goes exactly how it should with Dean losing because the numbers were against him unlike Sunday where he won't (in kayfabe theory) have this problem and it's hated? Different opinions and what not but I don't get that one at all.

Since Bryan is not around we focused on Dean. That and you see Cena hovering around Dean which makes everyone paranoid. We've been burned before Mayonnaise and it hurt. Never again.

I didn't watch, but I'm just glad to hear the team with the advantage won a handicap match. I can't remember the last time that's happened, it feels like it's been years.
