I mean the company known at different points as WWE,WWF,WWWF, etc.?
I'm talking just full cards that have been verified rather than those that have recorded. Although it would be cool to know what the oldest complete WWE show that has survived is as well.
From what I found according to cagematch.net the oldest WWE card known to exist is from June 10, 1957 when the company was known as NWA Capitol Wrestling. It took place in Washington DC so I'm sure there are elder as it was a New York based company.
Anyway here it is:
Edouard Carpentier defeats Karl von Hess Killer Kowalski defeats Czaya Nandor Jerry Graham & Roy Shire defeat Chief Big Heart & Wilbur Snyder Danny McShain defeats Jackie Nichols Kathleen Wimbley & Marva Scott defeat Babs Wingo & Lulu Mae Provo Antonino Rocca defeats Ricki Starr

It sadly took me too long to spot what you corrected there. That match is just so stale it just blends in to any card. Even a WCW one.

Was there a Capitol Wrestling title at any point? For whenever the NWA champion was down in Florida?

Was there a Capitol Wrestling title at any point? For whenever the NWA champion was down in Florida? Surely had a few, though I'm having trouble navigating wrestling-titles.com to find any info (love the info, never cared for the layout). Jess McMahon started promoting wrestling in NY around 1915, partnered up with former Gold Dust Trio member Toots Mondt to form Capitol in 1952, joined the NWA in 1953, and then died in 1954. Toots brought Vincent J in to replace Vince's father, with Vince leaving the NWA in 1963 to form the WWWF. Even if you don't include the 38(!) years Jess promoted in the area before officially forming Capitol, that still leaves ten years that they were an NWA member - a lot of time for them to hang around without the NWA champ swinging through every week.

Was there a Capitol Wrestling title at any point? For whenever the NWA champion was down in Florida? Excellent question! I'm curious about this as well. Antonio Rocca seems to be THE GUY for their 1957 cards, but the only titles I have found him to have were outside of McMahon territory. My guess is their top title (well outside of the NWA World Heavyweight Championship which is the de facto top title of any NWA promotion) was an NWA regional belt though I'm curious what it was called exactly and if Rocca ever held it. There was an NWA New York Heavyweight Championship, but that didn't come about until the late 1990s. Although there could have been an earlier title of the same or a similar name, which I would be curious to learn more about.

Another little known fact is that after leaving the NWA, the WWWF quietly rejoined the NWA for some period of time. Blanking on the dates though.

Wikipedia and Wrestlingtitles has the inaugural WWWF United States Tag Team Champions being crowned in 1958 with the title known as the Northeast (Capitol) version of the NWA United States Tag Team title. Its also the earliest title they have listed but surely there might have been others exclusive to the promotion?

Babs Wingo?! I see the NXT name generator was in use even then It was steam powered back then, with a lot of switches and dials and a great big crank wheel.

2002.
Oh, okay...I know there's pro wrestling footage from the 30s and 40s that exists. Maybe not much but some.
EDIT - looked it up, the earliest pro wrestling footage is Earl Caddock vs Joe Stecher from January 30th 1920. For Capitol Wrestling, though? There may be bits froms the 50s but I reckon for a complete or near complete match likely the 60s. Don't know enough to nail it down.

I'm sure WWE have some ancient footage in their archives that they don't want to put on the Attitude Era Network.

Supposedly the WWE has footage of old New York City and Washington, DC shows that aired on the DuMont Network back in the late 40's/early 50's in their vaults somewhere, which would be the glory days of Gorgeous George. I'm not sure how true this is since I don't think they've ever released any of it.
I've said it before though and I'll say it again, I've never seen a complete match from Bruno Sammartino's first title reign in 60's and I've looked. Because of this I sometimes question how far back the WWE archives actually go and how much is just rumor and assumption.

They had a little bit of old footage at the start of the WWE open that goes through history (the "Yes sir, we promised you a great main event tonight" one). But that could be footage in the public domain rather than owned by WWE.

Almost all of their programming was dumped in the East River, recycled for the silver, or especially the tapes involving sports, just erased. Hope it's true about have some footage, but I don't think it looks good.
