I loved those WCW Galoob figures. I never was able to find Sting or Dustin. Also had a hard time getting my hands on a Hasbro Undertaker, so I ended up repainting Luger to make him my Undertaker.

I repackaged tons of figures as a kid. I remember turning Nailz into Goldust and Jerry Saggs into Mankind.

Ah the nostalgia from that link
I remember having to wait weeks for the local Argos to stock Yokozuna & when you're 9 years old, a week is a bloody long time

Oh brilliant!! I remember going to Argos on new catalogue days and immediately flipping through to the WWF/WWE pages to see what was coming out. You used to get Argos exclusive stuff, and pre-Internet, it showed you stuff that was scheduled to be released.

I used to stare at shopping catalogues for ages as a kid.

I used to stare at shopping catalogues for ages as a kid. I used to spend hours with the SEARS Wish Book, circling every toy I wanted, which was pretty much every toy.

Holy crap those were actually the first 3 WWF figures I ever owned, my parents brought them for my birthday in 91 I think.

Ah the memories, I was a really geeky nerd of a child and keep notebooks detailing all the events I ever had with my action figures.
Must have had about 40 Hulkamania era wrestling figures in my collection, in fact I still do, I could never part with them.

I had that Jake figure and cried when I lost the snake. Just like Jake would have wanted.

The Warrior figure always looked as if it had foot pain.
