...good God! How big are the codpieces going to be in this version? They will take up no less than 3 pages.

I'd honestly be more interested in a Batman Triumphant comic than the Batfleck movie.

I enjoyed his movies way more than that lousy Nolan trilogy. I'm interested.

What is the point of this?
His movies killed the Batman franchise for almost a decade.

I thought "Forever" was good (The full version would be better though) but "& Robin" was ASS (But I don't blame Schumacher though), Curious about Triumphant.
Looking forward to these

Batman Forever was enjoyable and everyone who says otherwise has a differing opinion that I respect regardless of how wrong they are -_- People hating this movie pure revisionist history due to Batman and Robin, which for what is was, is still enjoyable to me. It reminds me of my childhood.

I'd honestly be more interested in a Batman Triumphant comic than the Batfleck movie. I totally agree. And mostly because I hated the Superman movie that it's a sequel to. At least Batman Forever and Batman & Robin were fun, spectacular trainwrecks (despite the many tedious boring parts)

I am interested to see what he can do when he doesn't have to make films designed to sell a range of toys.

It's being illustrated by Dustin (LIL' GOTHAM) Nguyen, at least, so that might be worth a look. And based on recent comments, he's apologetic about it all (hell, him talking about them at all is apparently a big step for him) and bashes himself for screwing up, especially with B&R. If you listen to his commentary on B&R, he's very apologetic there, too.

Man, DC's obsession with nostalgia has really taken a strange turn.

I'm really happy with how many positive reactions there are to this.
I don't mind Batman and Robin, and I actively like Batman Forever. Nothing wrong with Batman being ridiculous and family friendly sometimes. Brave and the Bold is just as valid an interpretation as The Dark Knight.
