Not an in ring move, but I loved when heels used to sing their own theme song, especially if they did it loudly and badly like Jacques Rougeau.

For some reason the first thing I thought of was a blatant choke, but when the ref reaches 4 let go for a split second and then get 4 more seconds of choking in.

Having the heel trying to apologize for his actions to the ref while continuing to cheat, like when Regal used to do that while his shin was on his opponent's throat. this is legitimately one of my favorite heel moves. Low blows. Heel valets. Throwing powder. The fireball. A move that Finlay used to do and someone should steal, he used to choke the guys with the ring apron or something, that was awesome. Off the top of my head I don't remember him using it to choke people... but he did use it to counter the baseball slide and then wail on his opponent while they were tangled up.

Rolling to the outside of the ring for consoling hug or strategic whisper with the manager.
"I've got 'til five!"

-Using the tag rope to choke the opponent -Throwing the babyface over the top rope while the ref's back is turned -Making a heart punch look fatal by having the babyface sell it with convincing body tremors -Using a finisher on the babyface and then having the babyface either vomit or spit up
