Perez swung at 4 pitches at his eyes. You see that is what I have been saying, this won't not have happened against a real lineup of people that know what they are doing. And I have to second guess the 3rd base coach, should have sent the runner.

Kansas City still has to be proud of the Royals. They got as close as you can possibly get.

For the third time in the last five seasons, the San Francisco Giants are World Series champs.

The patchouli oil will certainly be flowing in the streets of San Francisco tonight.
I feel awful for KC and their fans. I also hate that Tim Hudson and Dan Uggla will get f***ing World Series rings.

No shame for KC no one thought at the beginning of the year that they would have been in a game 7 of the WS

It's amazing to think that with a little more speed, Alex Gordon may have legged out a game-tying inside-the-park home run with two outs in the bottom of the 9th of game seven of the World Series.

I wanted the Royals to win this year, I thought they deserved it, but in the end, I'm not mad the Giants did. My friend actually has a Father who told her he would be dead before the Giants ever won a World Series again, and since then, they won three.
So congratulations Giants, you've built a hell of a Team. Royals, you're young, you have all the tools to get back again, you will get one again. At least I believe you will.

I'm pretty sure Bumgarner could run for Mayor right now and win in a landslide.

Well we all know this pitcher is going to be on the DL all next season, probably going to need Tommy John sugery, I am calling it. They won the game, but it is going to cost them.
If this was the O's, I doubt the results would be the same.

Also, quick question to the Giants fans: What is it like to go to the World Series on a consistent basis and actually win? You see, I am a Braves fan and have no idea what winning in the postseason consistently is like, mainly due to the fact we had an overrated mound of shit as our manager.
Yes, I'm jealous.

I want to see the Royals get back to it.
And Madison Bumgarner is going to get a well-deserved World Series MVP. What a pitching performance.

Yeah, I was watching thinking he was going to score. And trying to figure out whether he slowed up any going into third, before realizing he's just not as fast as I thought. Anyhow, nice try, KC. Bring on the offseason.

Giants fans are probably feeling like Yankees fans did in the 90's. Though I think their "feast or famine" approach to the regular season will keep their fans from getting AS spoiled as Yankee fans have become.
