He was hilarious on commentary alongside Josh Mathews on Velocity. He used to refer to A-Train as Denzel Washington. I have no idea what was going on.

The Cat was one of my favorites from WCW period!! A top ten all-time mark out moment for me was when he actually danced with James Brown. I swear to God that was awesome! I'm gonna Youtube it now.

Cat had a decent run once he got mic time. Had his moments. Not that good a color commentator, and crap in the ring.
So, naturally, McMahon had to sign him.

He made many at Death's door episodes of Nitros and Thunders entertaining. Miller may not been the best wrestler at the time but his personality made it easy to overlook that flaw.

"I'm glad you don't sell cars."
"No, but I can sell my foot to yo ass!"

I liked him. Especially his WWE run, with the Rumble appearance and stripping down to his skivvies and wildly doing the splits because Sable kissed him.

Were he discovered by the WWF, he would have ended up as world champion at some point because the guy had it. He wasn't the greatest performer in the ring by a long shot, but he could be amazingly entertaining given a chance.

One thing that I will always remember was when he was about to wrestle Johnny Swinger on WCW Saturday Night once, I remember Swinger tried to cut a promo and tell the audience who he was, and The Cat comes up to him and grabs the mic and said "Nobody cares who you are."
That right there showed that he was able to talk on the mic well.
