I just now discovered an old Howard Stern interview where Bret Hart came on back when he first went to WCW, and I'm trying to think of every wrestler that has appeared on the show. Here are the ones I can remember:
- The Rock (2 or 3 times) - Steve Austin (2 or 3 times) - Mick Foley (apparently was on in the 80s before he was famous) - Big Show - Bret Hart (WCW era) - HHH - Vince McMahon - Stephanie McMahon - DDP and Torie Wilson - Lita and Trish - All of the attitude era divas (I think it was at a vegas show) - Jesse Ventura (multiple times) - Hulk Hogan (multiple times, once in 1997 with Rodman) - Iron Sheik (multiple times) - John Cena - Kanyon (appeared once or twice, called in once) - Ric Flair (called in during one of Kanyon's appearances) - Chyna (multiple times) - X-Pac (called in during one of Chyna's appearances) - Booker T - Kurt Angle - Goldust (in character!) - Chuck and Billy - Dawn Marie - Stacy Kiebler - Roddy Piper
Are there any I am missing? Can anyone confirm exactly how many times some of them appeared on the show? Howard's wrestler interviews are always great. Even if you don't like John Cena, I would highly recommend that one. And of course the infamous Goldust interview where he did a shoot interview in character and kept up the tourettes angle! I always wished Kevin Nash would have gone on there back in the day!

Chris Jericho did a battle of the bands with Fozzy against The Losers in the early 2000s. Also, not sure if you want to count him, but Sean Oliver of Kayfabe Commentaries I believe called in during one of Chyna's appearances.
Other than that you have an incredibly thorough list. I can't recall any others at the moment and I'm a pretty big Stern fan.

I vaugley remember that battle of the bands (wasn't Cory Feldman's band on there too?). Remember when X-Pac called in and said about Chyna "I wish she could hear herself so she could realize....how stupid....she really sounds" lol

Bam Bam Bigelow appeared with Lawrence Taylor to promote WM 11 in 1995.

"So who have you had sex with, Bret? How many chicks does the world champ get on the road?" "Oh, tons. I've always said that if Hulk Hogan was the Elvis of wrestling, I'm more like the Robert De Niro. Women like a man that's good at something, you know, and I've always prided myself on my wrestling. I'm not picky either. Every rat in every trailer park in every shithole town all over the world are big Bret Hart fans. I've always tried to give extra time and effort for my fans." "Y'ever have sex with one of the lady wrestlers? Like that Sunny. You had to have banged her!" "Never." "Never? You had to have." "Look, Howard, I've got a wife and kids and I don't like what you're trying to accuse me of. I'm the hero of millions of kids worldwide. I'm a role model and I'd like to keep it that way."

Foley was on in the 90's too to do some stuff with Elephant Boy. Angle was on a couple of times early on in the Sirius years, and Kanyon was on/involved alot more than that. Artie ironically talked him out of committing suicide about 3 years before Kanyon did it, and ironically, 3 years before Artie attempted it. Vince was on at least twice, because I remember one lengthy interview, and one right before WM X-7 where an intern had to get bagels whipped him at by Ronnie the Limo Driver just so he could meet Vince and ask him a question.
Booker T had a really infamous appearance back in 2002. After Stuttering John had approached him at some show and asked him some typical Stuttering John questions, when Booker appeared on the show months later, he realized who John was, and physically threatened him. And to prevent anything from happening, since John was both scared and an idiot who wouldn't shut up, they did the interview with Booker T sitting in Robin's booth, locked, and Robin sat in the studio for an interview, which is/was rare.
There's a ton of wrestling connections on the show. I know he's no longer associated with them, but Reverend Bob Levy has a background in some local PA indies and is buddies, or at least acquaintances, with Dolph Ziggler since Dolph has attempted to get into comedy.
Oh! Christy Hemme was on it around the time she was in Playboy and went in the Robospanker, and Leticia Cline was on back in like '06 or '07 and rode the sybian which either (and I legit can't remember) got her fired from TNA, or got her hired by TNA, I do not remember.

Missy Hyatt was on it one time when Howard had Gene Simmons as his guest. Missy was accompanied by Tracii Taylor.

I feel like Scott Steiner may have been on, too, at some point in 2000 when they had those infamous 'nWo girls' like April Hunter and Midajah. Around the time they had Beetlejuice appear to do a couple of segments with Jarrett as well on Nitro.

If you go to the marksfriggin website and search a name, you can read a write up from the show. Bret actually insinuated that Vince and Shawn Michaels were in a relationship. Another wrestler to appear was Sable. Other interesting tidbits from other guests include Goldust doing the interview during his Tourette's era, Kurt Angle expressing romantic interest in Robin, and fans of the Stern show requesting that Howard tickle Stephanie McMahon's feet.

Tim Arson better known as the "ECW Zombie" was on in 2008.

I just watched the HowardTV episode with HHH and he mentions coming on before so he's been on at least twice.
I've never heard of the Rick Rude or Bam Bam appearances. I even recently found an audio file that claims to be all the wrestler related interviews from his show and they aren't on there. Hopefully I can find some more info on those. *edit* I found the Rick Rude interview is on youtube, as usual, Howard is so out of touch he thinks only 5 year olds watch wrestling and can't believe that Fred the Elephant boy watches wrestling still lol
Its too bad wrestlers don't come on much anymore because that Cena interview was hilarious, I can't believe WWE even let him go on there! I always hoped Ziggler would have came on since Amy Schumer talked about their sex life on the show

Scary, Stephanie McMahon now sounds so much like Missy did here.
