Just curious as to what WWE executive decisions you considered to be so baffling, yet were so minor as to escape the general ire of the interweb.
Mine'd be the traditional Survivor Series tag match headlining the Bragging Rights PPV, just before.....it's coming....Survivor Series.
It's like they developed a slight profit allergy for a couple years.

The complete disappearance of the Scramble match in the last 5 years. Uhmygod, yes! They had four in the space of 9 months then hush it went. It'd actually be a pretty neat, midcard thingy if they got rid of the pointless 'interim' business.

That's a good point. I think having scrambles for the main title isn't great...but if you do for the IC I think it will be more fun.

That weird week Vladimir Kozlov turned up at ECW smiling and waving to the crowd despite never actually turning face.

It's a good way to get the belt off of a top face without "making them look weak" and it's a good way to get a belt onto a prospect without it being "forced"'.

Does Kaval's whole WWE tenure count? He was screwed from the moment he won NXT.
Barely managing to last five minutes with Big Show and then losing his spot on Team SmackDown to Tyler freakin' Reks immediately after didn't help matters either.

The Rock's new manager......DEBRA! It's a testament to the quality of that match that we can celebrate it all these years later without ever once referring to its build. Now, yes, it had the brilliant foreshadowing of Austin's "I need to be champion", but the Debra business just came out of leftfield and stood there awkward.

I refuse to die before finding out why Michael Tarver kept popping about backstage in 2011 and why Nexus buried The Undertaker.

The Rock's new manager......DEBRA! assuming you're referring to the run up to the match with Austin at Mania X7.... Baffling? Sure. Rock didn't exactly need a manager. But it did make "sense" (in a loose, Attitude Era/Russo booking way) from a storyline perspective. Under The Radar? Umm...it was a pretty big part of the biggest storyline in the company at the time. Hell, it's pretty prominently featured in the Greatest WWE Hype Video of All Time (usage of a damn Limp Bizkit song not withstanding)

Ending Edge's Wrestlemania streak at WM23.
He was like 5-0 at that point and people were starting to notice. I remember thinking that if they started mentioning it on commentary, it could be established very quickly. They could then build to a streak vs streak match between Edge and Taker in a few years.
Instead Edge was thrown into the MITB match (which already had something like 28 other guys in it) and didn't win, thus ending his streak.
And in the end he got the briefcase anyway and then still went on to face Taker at WM24, making Edge's streak ending a total and complete waste.

I refuse to die before finding out why Michael Tarver kept popping about backstage in 2011 and why Nexus buried The Undertaker. If they just changed the match order that night it would have made sense, have Barrett win by DQ from Cena, then in a rage they bury Undertaker to show they're still a threat. Instead it was another random mystery added to a long list of 2010 mysteries WWE frustratingly never intended to solve.

If anything it's featured too much in the video package.

Talent wise What was Dave Taylor doing managing Drew McIntyre Helping him to smack the Nasty Boys for trying to take liberties with them in a dark match. Such a shame there is no footage of that encounter, it would be fun to watch that pair get their comeuppance.

Not so much a decision but the fact they have never made proper use of the very talanted Fandango. Very baffling to me.

I know people get on Low-Ki but damn, it just seem WWE didn't want him to win NXT2 in the first place.
