Same as many, I class myself as none of those
I like watching wrestling, hate the "entertainment" aspect of it all, only tune in every now & then & make an effort to watch the big 4 PPVs only

I get embarrassed at live shows sometimes. I like to be sat with normal people, which isn't always a given at a wrestling event.

You forgot the following: The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, dickheads - they all adore The WWE. They think it's a righteous dude.

Looks like we have a lot of the "People who think they're too cool to be classified as one type of fan" fans in this thread.

I'd call myself a cynical smart mark. Won't say smark as I can still mark out and consciously enjoy WWE without grinding everything down to "what I would've booked". But I know the deal with pro wrestling, I'm a sucker for dirtsheet newz and I'm also really into puro and other non WWE stuff. It doesn't help when the WWE go so "lowest common denominator" with their stuff sometimes. I've said it before, for every Shawn vs Taker there are too many Hornswoggle vs Chavo matches.

In person
- Children
- Parents, who may be interested in the product themselves, or are simply there accompanying their kids
- Teenager/adults, covering a pretty wide spectrum. The bulk of the audience.
Online
- Commentators, like us, who are generally sane and take either a detailed or casual interest in the wrestling industry. This group accounts for 95% of online wrestling/pop culture fans.
- Attitude Era nuts, who insist things should go back to blood, chairshots to the head and tits. These people may or may not have been alive during the Attitude Era, or may be kids who have heard about it.
- TNA nuts, who still believe TNA will be a rival to WWE. These are the people who most commonly talk about "PG" in mocking tones
- The utterly insane. This group includes people who want Chris Benoit to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Chairshots to the tits could really revitalise the divas division.
