On the upside, this does mean you can create a pretty realistic Stardust, assuming that you can put designs on people's faces...

I never used any of the stuff they took so I'm not too upset about it. Me either but that's a massive kick in the nuts to Diva fans

No Custom Divas really sucks. I was looking forward to creating some of the NXT Divas and replacing the main roster people. Now I guess I have to just figure out what to do in Universe with a bunch of people I don't want to play as.

No women in the CAW is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable.
That's it. I'm done. Cancelling my preorder. Can't support this.

I never used any of the stuff they cut, but holy hell am I going to use their additions. Updating Ambrose and Rollins is first thing on the docket for me.

Quite frankly the created Divas in the previous games looked like shit. I never downloaded one that I was very happy with, and even the best CAW-makers couldn't make a diva that looked anything like the real person. Hopefully by next year they will have developed a good Diva creation system.
It still sucks though. There have been rumors that you couldn't create divas but they originated from a sketchy-looking message board and most people didn't believe it. Guess it was right after all. If the NXT Women's title is in the game there's definitely no point in it now. I'm still looking forward to the game though, what is there looks amazing. I can always go back and play 2K14 if I want to partake in this year's missing features.
On the plus-side this opens up several CAW slots I was going to use for Divas.

Seriously pumped for thye new way threads works. Kinda bummed about divas because with the new gameplay engine, I was looking forward to actually playing as divas for some reason, but oh well. I'll maybe have five original caws combined amongst myself and friends, maybe fill out the rest with a couple more nxt/tna guys. Best part is, high end caw makers are really going to go to town with the face importer.
If the new gameplay is as great as people are saying it is, I can make due without certain things.
Small thing that doesn't really mean anything, but I finally have a roommate who also watches wrestling and it'll be nice to have someone to game with instead of taking the gamble playing online against Jeff hardy caws

Yeah I mean theyve been tight lipped about everything. I just hoped that maybe the threads alone(where you just edit colors, which was FAR enough for me in the past) would just save as alt attire slots instead of taking up a CAW space. I have no problem with full on edits like ambrose or rollins but I find it a bit lame if all you want is to swap RVD's color of his singlet around :/

The social justice warriors are gonna feel this one.... I don't think so, it's consistent with logic/reasoning for what they've given beforehand in terms of not being all too familiar with designing on the newer consoles. Tons of stuff's been cut and they've said they want to reintroduce it all when they can it justice in the next few releases. People will be disappointed (and clearly are) but it's a case of 'we didn't want to allow you to make CAWs which are below standard and wouldn't do justice to the women wrestlers' as opposed to 'we're Ubisoft'. 2k are coming off really well with the game thinking on it, they're shooting straight and being honest, none of the prior developers 'oh yeah, it's quality in the game, everything's great, if not, we'll patch it and fix it' nonsense. If they pull a miracle the the servers are always up for the VC after the first week then hallelujah!

I have no problem with full on edits like ambrose or rollins but I find it a bit lame if all you want is to swap RVD's color of his singlet around :/ This was posted a few times in the last thread: Stephensonmc from 2K posted this on the official forums: What's up, guys? Did you like the Q&A? I'll post a recap later, just trying to figure out 2K's CMS system at the moment. Anyway, I wanted to clear some things up about the 25 CAS slots (PS4/Xbox One) and the question concerning whether edited Superstars count towards the CAS cap. Yes, they do. They are treated like a CAS because they are an entirely new instance of the character. They can be used as an alternate attire or they can be used as an entirely new CAS. It takes more space to save out entirely new outfits, that's why alternate attires are treated as CAS. Concerning the 25 slots, the fidelity of the characters are much higher than previous generations. Characters look much closer to our actual Superstars than ever before. The size of the characters are HUGE. We're going to continue to look at ways to compress, but we pushed it to the limit this year. The longer that we get more familiar with this new hardware, the more we'll find (like every developer).

I'll miss the Create-A-Arena, but admittedly only used it to grab Nitro, the Impact Arena, and a few oddball ones like Ghostbusters or Video-Game themed arenas for giggles.
Hopefully this is something they have plans to patch in somewhere along the line.

2K16 or even 2K17 honestly at least for CAW creators. Me, I don't mess around with that much. I usually create my guy, my brother's guy and then maybe 2-3 opponents and let that be it if I even do the opponents. I don't create arenas, I don't create belts and I don't create stories.
So if everything else that isn't related to CAW creation is good....I'll be good. If not then I don't know.
