We keep on hearing and seeing posts and talks about if TNA when under and close there doors who will be the ones the WWE will sign. Some thinks the WWE will go crazy and a lot of the wrestlers form TNA and others think the WWE will not waste there time sign any of the TNA guys. Tell the truth if TNA dies out you will see a lot of wrestlers retire,go to Japen,ROH,GFW or the indies but there will be a few that the WWE will sign. WWE will sign some guys to add more to the roster and some of the young guys that will ship down to NXT. Anyone think TNA will be sign by the WWE if TNA shut down???

Ec3 no doubt.

With all the penny-pinching they're already doing, doubtful. A lot of these guys, they could have had any time they wanted and passed on. A lot of them were already there and they couldn't find something for them to do.

If WWE really wanted anyone from TNA, they'd already have them

No. The Graveyard of Professional Wrestling consists of the four following sub-categories:
1.) Forty-year-old nostalgaics squeezing a naive "businesswoman" out of her capital 2.) the Land of the Future Endeavored 3.) whoever Bruce Pritchard happens to watch on Youtube at three in the morning after being hammered since noon 4.) the blessed martyrs who stayed with that company like captives suffering from Stockholm Syndrome
If any category is the best option, it would be three, seeing as though the best future talent in there by default...Krazzy Steve, for example.

They'd probably get a legends contract to Kurt and that's probably it. Maybe Tazz would make an appearance or two as well.

They've said before they really aren't interested in any of the talent there, and especially now with the budget issues, it's more doubtful

I'd figure they'll just buy the tape library and their trademarks (mostly because, "Now with every TNA PPV!" would be a good sign-up incentive before a shareholders' conference), I really can't see them bothering to sign anybody. Maybe Jeff Hardy if he's interested but that's about it, though they really should pick up EC3, MVP, and the Dudleys.

Absolutely not, you'll see a bunch of guys they were hanging onto so TNA couldn't have them released and everything cut back to bare bones from the roster to the production team until the network starts to turn a profit. Anyone worth having from TNA is either a top tier indy talent or a former WWE guy and they would expect a reasonable deal and a slot on the main roster, things the WWE would be hesitant to give them at this point in time. You'll see a lot of TNA's better talent working indies for 6 months, then retiring.

If they bought the TNA library, they'd do a better job promoting TNA than TNA ever did.

Nope. In fact, they'd probably just make a crack about Ken Anderson like they did Jeff Jarrett when they purchased WCW.

Maybe a few of them will show up once the budget isn't an issue. That'll take some time, though, so it wouldn't surprise me if the guys they'd actually be interested in were in another commitment at that point.

TNA's best talent are guys that have been around a long time and WWE could've already had if they wanted.
Austin Aries. Bobby Roode. Samoa Joe. I'd love for WWE to sign all 3 and put them on TV right away, these guys have wrestled on television for years they don't need NXT. But, WWE feels differently, and I don't see it changing.
The only guys I could see WWE bringing in are EC3 and Jeff Hardy.

Jeff Hardy for sure if he's interested. Vince loves him and he brings in tons of $$$$(somehow that doesn't seem to translate to TNA though). Joe might get a shot as a favor to Cena if he's interested(and that's by no means a guarantee), Booby Roode(I think that HHH was high on him at one point, but he's in his late 30s so who knows?)
As for the undercard guys(all long shots): maybe EC3(not sure how his previous WWE stint ended though), Bram, Gunner, and Magnus all might get an NXT gig

It just wouldn't be right to have Jeff in the WWE without Punk to relentlessly mock and ridicule him

I could see EC3 and Magnus coming in as WWE could probably pick them up on the cheap and both have upside. EC3 has been pretty damn impressive in showing that he can do more than the 'Murica comedy gimmick.
Magnus seems to have an ability to learn quickly and adapt which is always a plus.
I'd like to see Roode, Aries and Joe get a shot. Roode would be a strong possibility. Aries not as likely. I think the ship has sailed for Joe.

Considering WWE's financial situation right now, doubtful.
